Actually yeah, i think it's not bad to have live updates, no matter the quality really. But zooming onto a body, with a man sized puddle of blood next to it, well.. That's a bit much.

I am sick and tired of turning on the tv or going into work to see another news story saying "___ dead in ____ mass shooting", its just so disgusting and awful and US legislature and law enforcement are beyond helping. This is going to keep happening for the next 10 years if policies or a severe movement is made to dissolve the 2nd amendment as it is currently written and make gun laws harsher. I love the excuse of the idea that "people can get a gun anyways so making it illegal wont help" because there is literally no precedent to prove that. We have had more "mass shootings" this year than we have had days. That is fucking embarrassing, vile, and downright scary. I fear walking around public areas and metropolitan cities knowing some fucking nutcase can just come and shoot me in the back of the head and its GG. Domestic Terrorism is a thing, copycat crimes are a thing, and our news continues to highlight these events to the world, detailing the acts done by the perpetrator(s), and glorifying the antihero. I fucking hate the US sometimes. Not going to happen. To much influence and money going around and the NRA very much knows their policy is not preventing shootings, they just don't give a damn because of said money and influence. You know those militia's who flocked to that land dispute thing and later 'defended' David Kim? You touch the 2nd Amendment and try to take their guns and your going to have blood flowing through the streets. Would be fun tho to see Texas declare its independence.

On the video feed that I posted. It looked like they opened fire during the press conference. The video quality isn't that good, but I'm pretty sure that I saw dust kick up from impacts.

And that Democrats know this which is why they push to give criminals and ex-felons the right to vote! ![]() Makes perfect sense too when you think about how Democrats court illegal aliens knowing that if they were ever given amnesty they'd be voting Democrat.

What's the justification? it varies state to state about whether coinvicted felons have the right to vote. found this seems to be a decent summary of it In 38 states and the District of Columbia, most ex-felons automatically gain the right to vote upon the completion of their sentence. In some states, ex-felons must wait for a certain period of time after the completion of their sentence before rights can be restored. In some states, an ex-felon must apply to have voting rights restored. apparently 2 states let you vote from prison. http://www.ncsl.org/research/elections-and-campaigns/felon-voting-rights.aspx aclu has a nice graphic of it https://www.aclu.org/map/state-criminal-re-enfranchisement-laws-map

I'm sure if you were under attack by terrorist gunmen you'd want a gun for self protection. But I find that liberals and Democrats are afraid to own guns because they are afraid they may shoot themselves, at least it seems.
