Hmm... smells like Bobby Kotick. Blizzard is really pushing the "approachable" aspect, methinks to increase sales. I don't really see this as particularly bad, but it does tell us they are still quite focused (or aware of) the casual player who makes up the bulk of the sales.
I'd like to see the Tempest's rate of fire get reduced while increasing its damage. It would be very interesting if, say, four shots took down a tank, or three with a +1 damage upgrade, or something along those lines. There could at least be some micro involved by allowing careful targeting and attack/withdraw tactics, something like using viking volleys to take down colossi.
That said, I don't feel great about the Swarm Host, mostly. Two locusts, slow as hell, with ranged attack? Make them faster, tough, and melee, which would make them more "tank line breaky" as they rush forward forcing tank splash on your opponents' own units.
That said, with the Warhound completely owning Protoss (since most of their army is mechanical) and with Blinding Cloud devastating bio balls, I wouldn't expect Terran players to go anything but mech in HotS.
What the fuck? Are they seriously doing this? If this option goes live a lot of people will be REALLY upset

= \ . I really hope this isn't the case when HOTS comes out
This is a joke right?
No. The # worker/ideal workers was even in the battle reports. As silly as it is, that will definitely be in HotS.
I dont think that option in particular is silly really. It simplifies the game a bit, but really, the people who will be gaining new information from this are NOT the type that would benefit from knowing if they have 16 workers or 18 on minerals at a quick glance.

It may not give people new information, but it will sure as hell simplify the worker counting and will make it almost instantaneous to determine if you're fully saturated.

it does say " town hall " pretty bad troll T_T
Ok, so maybe a video is a little more credible...
I uploaded this in 720p but youtube isn't done doing whatever it is that they do to videos, change quality to 480p and you will be able to see the different options nameplates
So basicly just to point out that im not a troll for pointing this out, and also show that there is none of the bnet 2.0 global play features in the battle.net section as of yet

I don't quite understand who these changes such as select whole army and auto-rally to minerals are for, I mean even bronze/silver league players know how to box select their army and attack move. I think the only people who would benefit from these changes are probably the bottom 1% of bronze league players, but even then I'm sure if they put in a bit of effort they could learn these simple concepts. Moreover I think concepts such as building a base, getting production facilities, expanding and transferring workers are more difficult than these, yet they aren't being simplified, and can still be grasped by 95%+ of the player base. Perhaps they are just experimenting with user friendly features? I really can't think of a tangible reason for these changes.
Blizzard has some of the cruelest community managers ever. They keep teasing us with this "soon" shit and then they go ahead and remove the custom HOTS maps and then they accidentally leak the beta client so we can just stare in agony at the log-in screen, knowing that we still don't have access to the beta but we are so close.

Not saying that I am going to do this, but just wondering, will it be possible to simply buy passes off of other people? Like will people sell them for $20 over paypal?
