That said, with the Warhound completely owning Protoss (since most of their army is mechanical) and with Blinding Cloud devastating bio balls, I wouldn't expect Terran players to go anything but mech in HotS. | ||

For what it's worth, mOOnGLaDe didn't like the Swarm Host either, until he got to play around with them at Gamescom a few weeks ago. Now he loves them. I will say that i was suprised by them in the HOTS beta map, being that vs low damage units (zealots, stalkers) Locusts have almost double the EHP of marines, and around double the dps (not sure if i calculated with or without stim, but either way, they hurt really really badly) and if you dont literally walk to the middle of the map to kill the locusts, having 2 cannons and a small squad of stalkers behind your FFE wall isnt enough to stop even 3-6 swarm hosts from destroying your forge, cyber core suprisingly quickly if zerg has map control | ||

I'm all for making the user interface as easy and simple to use as possible but giving the players extremely simple controls is NOT good for competitive play. | ||
