It should be noted that a video from gamescom on IGN had an overlord dropping creep when the player was only on Hatch tech.

Because they know Zergs are going to have to deal with gateway+oracle cloak timings and reactored widow mines, and they know they haven't given Zergs anything that will make getting an early lair on low economy any more worthwhile than it is now. Mid-late game Zerg is going to be a lot of fun. Early game Zerg is going to be like being fucked with a rake.

Wait, how is Overlords spitting Creep at Evo tech a needed buff due to Oracles and Widow mines? It's going to kill FFE on a lot of maps.

It's going to kill FFE on a lot of maps. it can easily be solved in 3 extremely easy ways 1. have maps large enough that Ov cant get there 2. have spit creep a small resource (possibly even free) upgrade that takes long enough for the wall to finish 3. figure out were talking about an entirely new expansion where FFE may no longer be standard

Currently Oracle has an ability for 75 energy that it can cast on enemy buildings. It lasts 120 seconds, detect units in the radius of 7 around that building, you get the vision of that radius and you can see what that building is producing/researching. So, you won't even need an Observer, it is pretty easy to do. And you need some kind of Air units to counter tempest with 22 range, even if it is just one Tempest with low dps, it one-shot workers, so it can be used as harasser.

An entire mineral line is barely worth that.
