edit: Serge Ibaka could do all this and not be a liability on defense.

He does occasionally flash some nice footwork, but it's hardly consistent. I think people should give him credit for doing a pretty good job of passing out of the post. I rarely hear any praise for him in that regard, but it's an important skill for a guy who's going to be demanding double teams and he's picked it up early. bg still a pretty lol defender, good man guy cos he's so athletic but the dude is lazy, a bit dumb, and has short arms so his team/help d still needs work

He has no post game can't shoot no real size just energy. clipper put him out there for rebounding and somehow he scores over 20 in most games. how i am not sure but it happens. edit: Serge Ibaka could do all this and not be a liability on defense. I imagine that you aren't sure because you don't actually watch basketball. Serge Ibaka, haha. EDIT: That was pretty rude >_> Look, I don't care if people hate Blake because they think he's a dick. But it's tired and wrong just to repeat dumb truisms. The entire universe knows that he can't play defense and that his post game is lacking. Who cares? He's producing like at 29 year old Zach Randolph....at 23. He's not a knuckle head, he has size (I have no idea why you said he doesn't,) he can handle the ball and he's a good passer. Why don't we all spend 10 pages complaining about the fact that James Harden doesn't have a midrange game. That'll be tons of fun.

As for Blake, there's no way to compare him to Randolph and Ibaka. Blake is a good slasher with handle and passing skills. His game has no range at all. Randolph is a more traditional post up player whose game is grounded. It doesn't rely on athleticism or leaping ability at all. Ibaka is more of a spot up midrange shooter.

One thing's for sure though, Memphis deserved to lose. They didn't play smart at all, fouled way too much and completely forgot about Conley/Gasol P&R for most of the game in favour of Rudy Gay Isos, which weren't as effective. And sure, the Clippers are a team of shameless floppers but it's most of the time it's because they do get fouled. Don't expect the Spurs to give them as many free throws.

He actually has very good court vision, but his IQ isn't as high as some other players so he gets a bad rep, as he often tries to do to much.
