Miami "tanked" with Wade hurt in 07 and almost got Rose - wound up with Beasley lol. San Antonio "tanked" with Robinson hurt and got Duncan. The major problem with Chicago tanking is that the team itself is good enough to make the playoffs and compete without Rose. Miami and San Antonio weren't. | ||

True, I guess I'm just playing with the thought - and what might happen in a perfect world (for a Bulls fan) - I'd gladly take one season of misery for several seasons of title possibilities. But yeah, like you said, tanking is a risky road and if you pick wrong you're screwed - and we're sort of forced to pick up the option on CJ as Rose will be out for so long, and we have to keep Gibson.. meh, wtb unlimited salary cap and money :< | ||
