Concluding that women need to be treated differently for their own protection is bullshit, rape isn't a women's issue, it's an ongoing crime that is predominantly perpetrated by men. Your view is part of the wider institutionalised sexism which excuses rapists, blames women and writes men off as incapable of making moral decisions by themselves.
