Why do they do this? PETA are their own worst enemy They have a decent enough aim, but they constantly undermine their own authority by engaging in such stupid and pointless attacks on things they obviously have no idea about. Sigh.

Thanks to PETA, I actually know what a Tanookie is. I never saw it as okay to wear fur because of the mario suit, I honestly just saw it as a leaf that granted him super powers and made him look cute in a racoon suit.

I would love to see what PETA has to say about the wolves I skinned in Skyrim. Or the horse I bought to see how many mace hits it would take to kill. Or the bear I snuck up on and backstabbed. Or the jackrabbits I pick off with my bow for practice.

Aside from the fact that Mario TRANS-FUCKING-FORMS into the racoon after getting the leaf, PETA is retarded in general anyways. It's amusing to me that they encourage eating meat-free products, usually soy-based, but they don't seem to give two shits about all the small animals that are slaughtered by the combines during harvest (snakes, moles, gophers, field mice, whatever else crawls about in the fields) which are then left to rot in the sun. At least I eat the animals that are killed for me.

Damn. These people are stupid. Where were they when Red Dead Redemption was released? I pretty much slaughtered any wildlife I encountered in that game.
