That has to be one of the most inappropriate questions to ask given the circumstances.
From what I understand both the bomb and shootings are meant to be after the PM? Yet lucky for him he wasn't at either of the places... Do I understand wrong? Was he just lucky he wasn't able to make it or is it possible maybe they knew something was up and didn't send him?

he wasnt supposed to be at the island before tomorrow
1801: EU president Herman Van Rompuy describes the bomb that hit government buildings in Norway's capital as an act of "cowardice".
"I am deeply shocked by the bomb blasts this afternoon in Oslo which have killed a number of innocent people and left many others injured," Van Rompuy says in a statement.
"I condemn in the strongest terms these acts of cowardice for which there is no justification."
God that's so scary. Imagine there is mad guy with a gun on this island and you don't know where to go...
Yeah, well. Theres pretty much two places. Either start swimming or hide in the forest (if you can).
Also:
"witness at Utøya says that the shooter has shot at least 5 people with a glock (source: nrk.no where reporter talked with witness), and that the police are now preparing to storm the Utøya island, also there is shooting ongoing. The police is very careful with giving official information regarding this matter."
Has anyone been killed? Do they know the motive? Has there been anyone taking credit for it? Terrorism in Sweden, I thought they were politically neutral?

Yea I was just saying that to my friend, you can't really escape from him. The island itself is not big enough to hide either, if you don't climb up in a tree, but they are kids so you can't expect so much.
I imagine every emergency instance drove to the explosion and now they have a hard time coordinating the Utøya situation swiftly. I have no real knowledge though
