The reason that so few were killed and injured is largely to do with most people being away on vacation. Oslo basically empties at this time of year.

Car bombs can be filled with excessive amounts of explosive material. I know some drug cartel in South America once used a car filled with 1100 lbs. of TNT and leveled a few city blocks.

I hope whoever has done this is caught, tortured for additional information, and then brought to justice via stoning in the streets of Olso.. That's what I would do.

Islam is a religion, not a political ideology. You're confusing it with Islamism. You can be a muslim without being an islamist.
