Nobody cares if you think PUA is sleazy. Nobody cares if you think all you need is just "confidence" Nobody cares that you're a natural blah blah.
Post actual ways to get people laid, or share interesting stories or don't post at all.
Likewise people aren't interested in you bumping this thread just to show off some faceless videos of you picking up fat chicks. Yet you do it everytime. Also what's the point of repeating the theory that 95% of PUAs fail, it's like you're automated defensive clause.
I had a girl ask my opinion about International womens day and the whole Joe Koney deal last night. She was acting the PUA and it felt boring as hell. When girls are starting to use this stuff - it's time to move on. The cover's blown. Then again - it never was about the words. Just something to recite while you look for interest and escalate. Slowly, slowly escalate.

There's political, scientific and cultural debates too. The general forum is open to pretty much everything.
As for the PUA community... I never quite got it. I've read some of their stuff, and they seem to see women as a Legend of Zelda puzzle: solve it, and you can go to the next room. Sounds a bit misogynistic if you ask me...

Its about figuring out the biomechanics of life. The human body works exactly the way a machine works with a specific pattern of algorithm. PUA is about abusing the rules and being step ahead psychologically.

I don't think this has gotten enough attention. Is he a Starcraft fan or are you just making shit up?

Except an algorithm can't account for emotions. So no, not exactly.
@Everyone hating on squattin's videos.
I don't understand it, no one is forcing you to watch, why all the hate?

Except they can, the algorithm itself is very very complicated (as complicated as the connections between the neurons in your brain), so it can't be perfected for every person, but most pepole (men and women) are similar enough for a single algorithm to fit most of them.

i hear he plays minecraft in his spare time and that being a related community, i think there's like a 95% chance he reads this thread, so hopefully squattin doesn't step on some toes lol dunno i'm not gonna read this whole thread or anything just to confirm my suspicions about style's life

Pretty much.
95% of this thread is composed of four things:
A. squattin's brags B. random prejudiced haters flaming C. arguments/drama D. a few experienced/retired PUAs answering basic questions and giving basic advice
There's no reason for Style to read this thread except maybe for the lulz.
I don't see what's so sleazy about PUA stuff. It seems like these guys mostly go to clubs/bars where girls are usually looking to hook-up with someone anyway. It's not like they're going out to find some girl who wants to settle down or who is otherwise decent and intelligent and just hypnotizing them into sex
If you think it's a waste of time why would you even care enough to hate on PUA people it's not like anyone is saying you have to be a PUA or you're a piece of shit or anything

Haters gonna hate.
More seriously speaking, the main reason why is because a lot of people are socialized into approaching sex and relationships in a certain conservative way. When most nerdy guys are bombarded with romantic comedies, Disney movies, and feminist messages from childhood, they tend to equate "respecting women" with putting them on a pedastal and otherwise acting like average frustrated nice guys. To AFCs and white knights, the very idea of seduction or hooking up with a girl is "sleazy" or "misogynistic". The funny thing is, these guys are the ones who are actually sexist, since they effectively deny girls agency and assume that girls would only have sex with "bad boys" if they were somehow hypnotized into it.

Well said. I was discussing this with a girl at a club a couple weeks ago, and there is a limit. Girls get sleezed on by guys A LOT. Those are the guys who go up to a girl, grab their boobs, grab their ass unwarranted, and pretty much treat them like object. This is especially true if they're hotter girls. On the other side of the coin, you have the white knights/traditional nice guys who almost trick them into a friendship type situation. The nice guy does really nice things, and then when they make their intensions know, it almost puts pressure on the girl. This causes girls to feel skeptical of most guys, especially those who are "too" nice. (FYI I hate guys like this, because I'm genuinely a nice person so you make my life difficult...) The worst part about these guys is they often get frustrated when their niceness isn't reciprocated in sexuality and blame the girl. You're confusing these girls and it really bothers them and even hurts them.
So, if you're interested, the middle ground is what you want. PUA aside, being honest and upfront is what you need. PUA is at its heart, a method to make your intensions know without going too far in either direction and giving the girl a clear indication that you're interested and that you're worth their time. Pretty basic idea. Girls are sexual creatures, and many of them are probably more horny then you. Understand that, and like Sun said, don't put it on a pedestal or make it a dirty or clean process. If you're interested in a girl, let her know somehow. You can become her friend first (I do this a lot because I can't get attracted to girls by looks alone), but for the love of pete, don't blame her if she friend-zones you or gets confused. If you're going to befriend her first, be prepared to do some work to get out of the friendzone and be ready to stay there forever. At the end of the day, if you are the type of guy that does the nice guy approach only in hopes you'll get rewarded, you're the same as that dick that just smacked that girls ass before even saying hello and treated her like an object.
PS - I doubt Style has a vested interest in this thread. His whole life revolves around PUA and teaching others, so in his free time if he does like playing video games he probably wants to avoid work at all costs.

I'm afraid you misread most of the "hate", or criticism towards PUA. Most of what people are saying is something like "seeing relationship as an adversarial game is counterproductive/unhealthy". Its having tricks, strategies, discussing it after it like you discuss a tennis game, that makes most "haters" hate. And this does not mean that I think all guys should have a super nice/friendly/puppy behavior. Guys should just act natural. If they are attracted to some girl, then they go talk to her, show interest, and are honest. And any girl will be able to read from that, and no tricks are needed. And this is no white knight pussy behavior. This is just a "this person I am attracted to is not an opponent, we hopefully share the same objective, so no need to strategize" behavior.
Then there is the whole "PUA is to become better". This only works if you make many funny assumptions like "picking up girls easily is being good", or "picking up girls easily shows how good a person is" (I'm too lazy to distinguish causality/correlation here).
Overall, I would probably have more respect for this community if it admitted that it was more like a sport, where playing field = any public space, and score = number of picked up girls times their hotness. This would be ok for me. It would be like a hobby. And I don't think girls get hurt by PUA or anything, of course. It just seems to me that you are making the PUA thing bigger than it actually is.
On a positive note, its good that you guys are helping some not-so-naturally-social guys to get out, get more confidence, etc.
edit: just started to watch your video: you guys seem to have fun doing this. So please don't take my post as a hate post. Just wanted to try to clarify what I have "against" the way PUA is presented/defented by some guys.
