Breakfast: Cheerios / Protein Shake (100% Whey Gold Standard) Lunch: Cafe steamers, Beef Merlot Dinner: Cafe Steamers: Shrimp and rice There are some other ones and they an enormous amount of your daily Vegetables and vitamins and nutrients. I also have Nugo Nutrition bars and that's pretty much it | ||
