It took no longer than 3 weeks for the boxes to get to its destination from California to Korea Btw, I didnt order anything but I've been checking this thread constantly because I want a KT shirt. If its takes this long, I'm having second thoughts.. You also weren't shipping things commercially. Shipping stuff to yourself or to a friend is vastly different than a business trying to import items for resale.

I'm not even sure if he intends on fulfilling all the orders.. It's not his fault but it is dam frustrating as a customer. I thought I'd have this stuff by early june. Now we don't even have a perspective date :/

This is what happens when you rush into things without planning. Add lack of communication which comes off like you don't give a shit, and you have a fail company who still has the money of many with nothing to show for it. EDIT: "Mind you the 8 weeks is th MAX. I just don't want to put something like a month and then for some people it doesn't show up."-kOre March 25 2010 "Regardless, I'll keep everyone updated every step of the way."- kOre June 28, 2010 "Calling KT Rolster tomorrow night to get pictures, costs, and other information on what they can offer so expect the store to go up in about a week as well."-kOre June 28,2010

1. Talked with UPS about getting them to be my Customs Broker. This means that with KT merchandise it will pass through Canadian Customs in 1-2 days and go straight to my house using UPS. 2. Gotten a few different shipping methods (from StarCraftMecca to the customer) that vary in price and time. 3. A different payment system so that the payments go straight to my bank account and PayPal is not used at all. 4. An upgrade to the store which allows me to change and edit orders through the admin panel and now people who would like to remove or add an item to their old order can do so and it'll appear on their actual invoice. With the recent Calgary Stampede (city wide event) just ending and me finishing my job (security - both me and CrazyTurtle worked 12 hour shifts) there and beta just finishing I will have a lot more time and I will work as fast as I can to push this all through so everyone can get their merchandise. With that being said, I appreciate all the words of encouragement and belief that everyone has posted, about how they've met me before (at BlizzCon the past 2 years ago) and that I am a decent guy, and I hope to meet a lot more people this coming BlizzCon and WCG to answer questions and pretty much just show you guys what kind of person I am. For those that are suspicious and ticked off about how this business venture is going, I also understand where you are coming from and I will do my best to provide constant updates so that you won't have to worry. There should be an actual update on the merchandise status near the end of this week (just need to get on the phone with some people from Korea) and I'll have that posted on the site along with the store. Finally, as far as updating both this thread AND the main site, I realize most of my customers are from TL but there are still a good amount who don't visit TL on a daily basis. That is why I decided a while ago to update the main thread on the site instead of this one. Although I do visit TL daily and read this thread whenever I get the chance (probably hourly tbh ... lol) I would rather post the updates on the site so that everyone knows what's going on, not just the TL crew. That's it for now everyone, thanks for understanding! ^^

Oh good, maybe now pending orders wont get dropped. Hopefully you'll still offer CJ merchandise next time so I can actually get what I ordered the first go around.
