Pro Gaming Merchandise Sale?

We have currently relaunched the store with the merchandise that we have left over from the previous batch and the merchandise from the new team will be up soon (a day or two - waiting on the information email from the sales manager).

The Full Tilt Poker / PokerStars payment option is still being worked out and will not be available for the first few days of relaunch (legal reasons that I still have to take care of), which means 2 payment options are available (credit card and PayPal).

As far as shipping goes, Canada Post and UPS are now both available to customers everywhere but if you get any type of error please use the "Contact Us" form to inform us of the issue.

Now with those things out of the way the store is now relaunched!

P.S. Accounts will still be manually verified which can take up to 24 hours to do so. This means you will not be able to login as soon as you make your account with StarCraftMecca. Additionally, the entire server got a reboot which means everyone will have to remake their accounts with StarCraftMecca.

Just dropped off all the orders (minus 3 orders which I need a reply back from people) at UPS. 300+ keyboard / keyboard + CJ orders packaged and sent in 2 days :D

All the tracking numbers have now been sent out (with the exception of 4 orders which I need reply from before doing so.

The store will be functional around labour day as mentioned in the update prior to this and the current stock I have will also be shown.

Checked the tracking today and got ...

@ 3:30 PM "Item processed at postal facility" at Richmond in Vancouver on August 22, 2010.

I then called Canada Post to ask exactly when it will be arriving and they said it should arrive in the Calgary area by tonight and then delivery should be tomorrow! Almost there guys!

Checked the tracking again and got this ...

@ 5:30 PM "Item was released by Customs and is now with Canada Post for processing"

I'm guessing since Canada Post now has it and it's in Vancouver I should be getting it on Monday.

Keyboards arrived at Vancouver Airport on August 17th @ 4:00 PM and then its been there and is now at Cayvra and got "Handed over to customs" @ 3:30 AM of August 20th ... wtf is going on? I searched Cayvra and I can't tell if its a city in Canada or if its a name of a company ...

Looks like people are starting to get their packages and things are going smoothly (or at least as smooth as it can go lol) but I checked the keyboard orders and they just left Ontario and should be here tomorrow or Wednesday and like I said before they will be shipped on Thursday/Friday.

Many people who have already received tracking numbers will be getting a phone call from PayPal asking if they got their package or not and I just need you guys to confirm it so that the rest of the funds can be released so I can buy KT merchandise.

All packages that don't involve keyboards have been sent out and tracking numbers should have been received.

All refunds will be refunded a week from now once I get a hold of my PayPal representative.

All KT swaps and store credit will be added to your respective accounts once the store comes back up.

Ok, so I've got all the USA orders sent out now and all thats left at my house are the overseas orders and the orders that have keyboards included in them. The keyboards will be arriving on Wednesday (this is a guarantee) and will be shipped out Thursday morning. All Canadian and USA orders that were not affected have been sent out and you should all have got your tracking numbers in your email.

Last but not least, the store upgrades will be finished by Friday so I will re-upload the cart sometime around Sunday because on Friday I have plans and Saturday I have a bboy competition. The left over merchandise from the CJ sales as well as everyones store credit will be added and everything should be up and operational by the following Friday.

Thank you to everyone who believed that this would work and I have worked out MANY of the problems that occurred with this batch of sales and it should all run much smoother for the next run.

All USA shipments have been sent out but I made a small mistake where it notifies the customer with the tracking number so I'll have to send the tracking number manually. I should have that done by 5:00 PM MDT.

Ran into a small issue with all of the USA orders (error with my commercial invoice) so I'll be fixing that hopefully by Wednesday and in time to get it shipped then. All the Canadian orders have left UPS this afternoon so they should be going to where they need to.

Remaining tracking numbers are being sent which is why the site is down. Tracking numbers should all be sent out by the latest tomorrow afternoon.

After realizing that some of the ordered merchandise was missing CrazyTurtle and I have tried to figure out what possible options were available for those customers who were affected by this.

1. Get the prodcut in a different size.
   
2. Ability to exchange for a different teams merchandise (if it's more expensive we cover the difference, if it's less then you get the difference sent back - i.e. KT Long Sleeve replaces CJ Long Sleeve).
   
3. Save the amount as store credit and get priority for new merchandise.
   
4. Issue a full refund.The following merchandise listed below is what we are missing from our original order.
   
   • Size 110 and 115 CJ Entus Long Sleeves
     
   • Size 105 and 110 CJ Entus Sweaters
     
   • Some size 100 CJ Entus Long Sleeves
     
   • Some size 95 CJ Entus Black T-Shirts
     
   • Some size 100 CJ Entus White T-Shirts
     
   • Some size 110 CJ Entus Fall Jackets
   For the ones that are listed as "Some" means that we are just missing one or two so those people that are affected by the order will be getting an email by the end of today. For the first two that are listed, if you ordered these items please send an email to "edwinjung [AT] starcraftmecca [DOT] net" to discuss further options. In your email please include your order ID as well as the name that the order was made out to.
   
   Secondly, those that were not affected by the order and have not yet received a tracking number should be getting one by the end of Monday. All the merchandise has been packed and is ready for delivery and should arrive to you by mid next week. Those that have keyboard only orders will unfortunately have to wait an extra week for the merchandise to arrive at StarCraftMecca (clearing customs) and those that have both keyboard and CJ Entus orders will be getting their CJ Entus merchandise first and their keyboards when everyone else gets their keyboards and will not be charged for double shipping.
   
   Lastly, KT merchandise should be going up sometime late this week / early next week and images for the KT/ZOWIE T-Shirt should be up soon as well. The store will most likely reopen by late next week which is when most people will be receiving their CJ Entus merchandise.
   
   P.S. If there is anyone who ordered one of the "Some" merchandise and would like KT merchandise instead please send me an email.

First wave of merchandise has been sent out (250 orders) and unfortunately more than I expected was sold so I'm waiting on more packaging material from UPS. This should arrive tomorrow afternoon which means I'll pack the rest then and get it sent out. As the merchandise is sent out you will be receiving the tracking number based on your order ID and it will be sent to your email address.

[list=ordered][*]We have a few long sleeves and jackets missing from the order (most likely fell out during shipping because when I picked it up at the post office the top corner of the box wasn't taped up properly (big enough to let things slip) so I'll be discussing what options we have with CrazyTurtle tonight.

[*]Keyboards have not yet arrived but should take about a week and a half to pass customs and get to StarCraftMecca so those will be shipped out ASAP. Those with CJ & keyboard orders will receive their CJ merchandise along with the others and will get their keyboard shipped separately when they arrive with no extra charge.

[*]Anyone who has placed an order with StarCraftMecca for this first run will receive some sort of compensation (still discussing it with CrazyTurtle) due to the lengthy period it took to receive the merchandise.

[*]CJ merchandise will be sent on Wednesday (Monday is a holiday in Canada and Tuesday will be an extra day for the recent problem that I found out about).

[*]The store will most likely be back up sometime this week with some new merchandise from ZOWIE and KT Rolster, the delay is due to KT Rolster being in the Proleague Grand Finals and our contacts suggested that we put this off until they are over. However, this gives me more time to make sure the new features with the store are fully functional to allow for a smooth and easy process with the orders.
