That $50 spread over the rest of your life must be a huge saving... Even if somehow there was a CJ sale in 2 years would having to wait 2 years to MAYBE get a chance to buy one of them be worth $50 saving? Nevermind the fact that these are limited issue items which will not be available once the teams change their gear next etc. etc. etc. Stop applying stupid logic based on how you would buy mass produced goods which are and always will be readily available from multiple sources for your entire life.

Some people are just complainers who make up excuses even when it's something they want. Seems pretty simple to me: this merchandise in some cases has never been available and maybe never will be again so if you want it you buy it now for w/e prices are listed. If you don't then accept you will never have it and stop complaining.

I don't like CJ so I am now probably fucked at a chance of getting a jacket from a team I love by all the guys who love CJ and desperately want something but won't buy since it's not $10 cheaper.

If you're saying it's only 10% of what you need, then you'd need at least 500 sales for CJ for other teams to even consider this? I just don't see it happening - variety needs to happen first, and when your sales are higher (say, 50 items per team) and in the 500-600's range, you could start doing bulk shipping to US for much cheaper and have someone on this end redistribute it with cheap USPS mail.

1. Publicity. You may have shot yourself in the foot with your many delays in getting the site up. I think a lot of the buzz died down.

2. Theoretically unlimited quantities and time to order. People aren't rushing to order as they would with a standard one time sale because the notion of rarity isn't there and they know they can probably get it some other time if they choose to. You put something on sale for one week only and publicize it well, people flock to it because they know they only have one chance and they can convince themselves that the item will remain at a high value because it's not being sold indefinitely.
