I had some issues with Google Chrome at first so I had to use Firefox and it worked fine.
I never heard about this until just now =X How long does it take for an account to get approved? it's annoying to have to wait to buy this awesome shiz. It's fairly quick, expect less than 24 hours.

I was reading through this thread and read JUNE?!
Why is there even an expedited delivery option?
Do you realize what actually happens in the order to delivery process? Did you read the FAQ and delivery status stuff?
Well, it looks like the thread name change is already working. Hope to get more people interested soon.

Yes, there do seem to be technical problems with the site.
I created an account, had it activated, and then couldn't order when I was ready to order. I then created another account (same email address and info), had it activated, and couldn't order. I then requested a change of password, and I was finally able to order. Ordered 3 shirts (one of each) and 2 hats (one of each). If my experience is being had by others, I'm sure there are a lot of lost sales there. Most people aren't gonna keep trying after the first hiccup in the process. A lot of people also aren't even going to want to open an account just to place 1 order. I personally choose sites that let you order as a guest over ones that make you register.
As has been discussed, I feel shipping & handling are really gonna kill the store. Even for a hat or the short-sleeve shirt, I'm pretty sure everyone (even in the US) outside Canada would end up paying more for S&H than for the product (based solely on me trying the checkout with 1 item at a time). 50 bucks for a hat or a short sleeve shirt is a little outrageous if you expect a minimum of 500 sales. It's frankly not a viable business if S&H aren't drastically cut.
I just spent 15 minutes on the Canadian Post's site, and I can't find a place in Europe where shipping a shirt or a hat would be more than 9 USD. Tariffs for something so small would be less than 5 bucks (and I don't think you were even including them). If UPS rates are as high as I've heard mentioned, you may have to just ship everything in International Small Packets manually (like R1CH and Susie). Jackets & keyboards would be different, but I think people buying jackets would expect to pay more for shipping.
Since things are being done by pre-order, there's no reason you can't give people an exact amount for shipping. International rates seem to be the same to any destination in a country for a given size/weight/price, so in a half hour you could have an exact shipping amount for every item to every European country. Even if it's only an estimate, the handling fee should cover any unusual variance from the site's estimated shipping rates.
All that being said, I hope this works out as I'd love to get some other teams' merchandise.

If you buy it because you want it, it doesn't matter what happens with "your" money.
A bit of both actually, while I'm not a CJ fan, owning a starcraft-related t-shirt would still be pretty sweet.

This is an amazing idea and I'm surprised I just saw this now. I'll definitely be browsing in the near future.

Awesome stuff, bought a t-shirt Stumbled over the thread only by luck when it was named "starcraft mecca", smart idea to rename it.

Then buying would fulfill both of those objectives while not buying would only help prevent the store from 'stabilizing' =p.

this question has probably already been asked & answered, but when will my order move forward form being processed? Ordered a little over a week ago, still classified as "processing". Will it start going into shipping etc. when april 30th comes, at the end of the 1st CJ entus sale?
thank you Kore, site is awesome!

Shipping is definitely an issue.
$20 to ship within Canada is pretty outrageous, especially for a shirt.
Shipping a 9 pound item from the states into Canada costs $20.
Definitely a variety in shipping options is the way to go. People that are willing to pay premium for increase reliability can do so, and those that want a lower price in shipping are probably willing to take the risk.

There's no risk. Any Canadian Post package comes with up to $100 insurance for no charge.

Hi, I ordered the keyboard a few days ago, and it said during checkout about 7 business days for the UPS ground to arrive here in the US. What is this I hear about them not coming until June? Will I get it in 7 days or in June?

The way the business works is that at the end of the month, StarcraftMecca orders the stock and ships it out once they receive it. That's for the team merchandise anyway, and it's explained in the "Order Process" section of the site.
7 days would definitely be shipping from Canada to the US, starting when the package is handed to UPS.
*: This may not be true - I speculate here, but since the keyboards aren't a special order, they don't have to be manufactured and may get to StarcraftMecca earlier.
I'm sure somebody will clear this up soon. =P

I see, hopefully its in 7 days. :D
