It's not just one or two. The streams are filled with fucking idiots, it's like reading youtube comments. If one person complains and the mod tolerates it, there will be at least a hundred people jumping on the bandwagon, and then it'd be too hard to stop. It's much better to establish a rule beforehand and regulate the channel with an iron fist than let the channel be flooded with moronic comments.
I mean, there is really no point in saying "lag" because, everyone, especially the streamer, is aware of the problem, and it's clearly out of their control (in most cases).

I am not annoyed that you have these concerns, its more the fact, people are contributing. You may not like how they opt to contribute, but you have the option of not using their stream, don't publically drag them out and bash them more.
I have been on enough streams, or irc when huge games are being played. I know how much flak they get from general users, and how annoying it is to deal with. The more people complain, the less you want to contribute. Then your quality goes down. Rather than making a thread about how bad livestreams are
A) make one that praises the work they do to try and boost morale, or b B) Get a stream yourself and correct the issues you have with others.
As someone who has contributed in various things off and on, complaints really drain any enthusiasm to continue doing so, or even when you do getting a complaint that its "not up to snuff". People expect wonders out of the littlest things without giving recognition to those that deserve it.
the streamers does know when it lag and when it doesn't. Don't need you whiners complaining about it. You cant fix the lag with the whinning, streamers tries the whole damn night trying to fix it but its just one of those night where it decides to fail. But still the complains come through like rain, no one is gonna sit around for 2-3hours streaming and listening to shit without thanks.

Streamers bought a pool that they let 1000 people use every other day or so, but all the people who use the pool leave trash everywhere and pee in the pool, break the diving board etc. So they lock the gate and don't let us use the pool. But when we're not in the pool, we see them enjoying playing in their own pool!

TBH - I was on Roffles stream when he, IMO, completely overreacted to maybe a handful of people out of hundreds that were otherwise perfectly content. I thought it was pretty childish to be honest. But in all seriousness, I don't know what led up to that... bad night? People badgering him in the chat before that particular game? Maybe lots of complainers the night before? I don't know. All I do know is that people like him and Mystlord and others stream nearly every goddamn night, so you know what? I'm going to cut him some slack.
Everyone is so quick to complain and tear people down. I can only imagine investing my time into something, only to have someone, even if it's a single person, just disregard my efforts like a spoiled brat. Livestream unfortunately suffers from the same problem that 4chan relishes in; anonymity and lack of individual accountability.
Seeing as there is really no feasible way to tie TL logins with Livestream IDs, I think as long as the chat remains open, this will always be a problem. I would absolutely encourage all Livestreamers to permanently disable chat if you feel the comments getting to you. Like it or not, when you're closing down streams in the middle of a match, yes, you're 'sticking it to' the few unappreciative idiots that ruined it in the first place, but you're also screwing over hundreds of eager, on-the-edge-of-their-seat fans who are just trying to watch some SC, which is the reason you guys started doing this in the first place. And even though you're doing this on your own free time, that's still an extremely disrespectful thing to do.
I digress... What we really need is a way to tie TL logins to steam ID's. The banhammer can keep out of the riff raff that way.
