I'm wondering if that was to trick fantasy into not desperation running for the bunker and instead thinking that JD was just going for the scvs instead, so his lings could get over before the scvs did? yes. the purpose is twofold: first, to take focus away from the lings that are coming in from the other side (this is what happened, it's the terran's responsibility to have the presence of mind to notice the additional lings), and to force scvs to stack up which slows their progress to the bunker in case the terran does notice the additional lings it was pretty much a flawless execution of basically the only attack that coulda salvaged that game for jaedong, really well done.

He wins the first game or two with his vulture into valk strategy, and then gets steamrolled early game three times because he won't change up his plan. He opened with a fast factory wall in every single game here, and got punished for it by JD.

Just like some poor terran was getting schooled by a much better player. Somehow reminds me of that gom finals vs bisu? bisu was doing great for a while but then just froze out and lost blatantly. The first game was quite good, second game jd showed his claws and on third he had set his gaze on prey already and things were done

In fact I advise you to re-watch the game a couple times in the future and see why Jaedong won. Also there were a LOT of mind games involved in that game. edit: and LOL and you asking fakesteve to ban the "trolls" right after writing this horrible post. you two better stop quoting each other immediately

it's like a classic music, like a symphony he deserved everyone of his wins what can fantasy do? some bunker cheese? MSL mean much less than OSL after all this OSL became Jaedong's coronation for the bownja, best of the best of the best al times, etc. title

FantaSy took the risk that he can't defend vs a Zerg that is 9pooling with that wall and Jaedong went 9 pool speed so FantaSy lost. Its not a choke - he just took a risk and it didnt pay off. it wasn't a good risk to take because it didn't have any potential benefit. why wall off against fast lings if the wall also fails against fast lings

This happens all the time...differences in bases are just part of the game....like weather in football or baseball affecting the game. Besides, Fantasy could've done a rax-depot wall instead of his rax-fac wall.

You have a vulture coming, how hard is it to defend ur bunker til then? Fantasy is just greedy re-watch the games you are generalizing a very specific game into "4pool". If you still think you would win that game as the zerg you are a very delusional person.
