Come onnnnnnnn Chalrenge you can beat this kid - BackHo is no good! Seriously he's 2-8 in his last 10 PvP's so I think Chalrenge has a great chance of taking this game!
Chalrenge uses the extra time that he would've been mining to get down an earlier cybernetics core, first zealots clashing in Chalrenge's base, Manner pylon down for BackHo, Chalrenge attacking it.
support bays finishing just seconds apart now, backho is moving his army out to secure his natural. Chalrenge starting his own nat. First reaver out for BackHo we'll see how it goes for him.
Chalrenge now with 3 defending reavers, no shuttles for them so he's stuck turtling in his base. BackHo feigns at going in with his shuttle to harass, then retreats his own army back to the temples outside his own main.
backho going backdoor with his reaver harass, but is repelled by chalrenge, chalrenge mirrors this by doing a poorly executed reaver harass of his own in backho's base.
so glad chalrenge won that ... BackHo is officially horrible at PvP after losing twice to TT and now losing to Chalrenge, who I have to admit sucks even if I like him.

Hes the hottest terran right now, but I think he would fall fighting Flash or Mind possibly and some of the toss big names. I dont think hes quite proven hes the best but hes damned good.

Even if shine does some crazy sunken break timing push/cheese this is the dumbest pick. Unless jaedong has an irrational fear of playing people with big noses and goes into panic attacks when he is forced to.
Shine was most likely sent because he was the one practicing on this map as the original harmony was often a TvT-fest and Shine is ok at that. With Leta busy trying to qualify for OSL, he may not have had the time to practice on multiple maps.

Jaedong fans are overracting horribly, I dont really like him that much but Im realistic, he wasnt really slumping per se just losing to very good people alot more than he used to, no shame there well except for getting embarrased by battlecruisers 2x (fbh sea) and losing to fbh (2x), which is just aggrivating rather than shameful.
But seriously JD always wins zvz, so nothing to celebrate there, and beating shine..seriously you must have no seen this guys TvZ''..slump or not JD will beat him like 9 times out of 10 on a televised game. No, people were overexaggerating his slump.
His 1st game vs Free--Byzantium 3rd game was his own fault, bad decisions.
His game vs Sea, FUCKING AMAZING Defiler use, how the hell is that indicative of a slump? People rely on results too much, I'm afraid.
Okay, his 2nd against FBH was bad, but the first game was great. And it's FBH, any zerg can lose to him. Plus, this was the first time BCs were used with a serious intent, he got caught off guard.
Loss to Kal, he lost that game because he suicided 18 lurkers, contrary to supposed bad decisions, I saw none except for the aforementioned one. If he did not lose those lurkers, I have no doubt he would've won.
His loss to Tempest was against the Zealot/Archon rush that zergs still have no answer for.
Sangho+Roro are surprising, nothing wrong here, though Sangho did have that DT, but that was JD's fault for not having any ovies in his base.
If people actually looked @ how he plays in game, for the most part there's nothing indicative of a slump.

This. Maybe if we are talking about slumping, we mean different thinks. Of course JD isn't/ wasn't in a slump like Savior, his mechanics are still as good as they can get, and he is mostly dominating 50% players. Hoewever, I am comparing JD to the zerg he was 1 1/2 years ago, when I started to follow the Proscene again. And compared to back then, he is not the same, mostly because his decision making has been goddamn awful (especially in the game vs Kal imo). So I would say, most of us JD fans who are "overreacting" are thinking about how he used to own.
