That was well executed by FBH, but honestly bad decision by JD to leave the almost-complete bunker alive... majorly cost him, when he could have finished it off easily.

Jaedong was 8-4 in November, better than his career average (and better than anyone's career average). Losing to Sea and firebathero is nothing to be ashamed of either. I'm not the biggest Jaedong fan around here, but calling this a slump is extremely premature. I never said he was slumping or not playing well. I just said he's not playing AS well as I expect him to. It just seems that in the last couple weeks I see a Jaedong game, he seems to lose.

What still doesn't get me is that
A) Jaedong broke his keyboard after losing to FBH
B) Jaedong said he wanted to play against FBH in destination
C) FBH is 6-1 in Destination
D) FBH cheeses on the same damn spot in Destination

this is a prime example of why merely looking at TLPD matchlist fails.

1-0 SoO

Conclusion: When Jaedong plays someone who doesn't suck, he loses. When Jaedong loses ZvP to Tempest, it's not a good sign. I wouldn't call it a slump either, though. But I have no idea where you are getting the 8-4 from, it's 8-6

I didn't count the 2 losses this month, just November. You're right - I just took a quick look and didn't consider the strength of his opponents. I still wouldn't sell Kwanro, Tempest, SoO, etc. short - no one that plays at that level sucks. Point taken though.

I'm surprised players don't check for these things all the time now against FBH. He does them so often, and usually to great effects.
And I love they way Khan's using TT. The guy's got incredible micro and knows all the tricks. As long as you keep him on micro-heavy low money maps, the guy is actually pretty good.

When Jangbi lost MSL, TT kept telling Jangbi he should've built 2 Batteries instead of 1
And then TT used the 2 batteries and won.

Nevermind. I'm just willing to point out that he's having GREAT success with his ability to constantly change one small part of his game to throw people off. Different timings and different places of attack that are much less prepared are much more likely to succeed against players like JD.

Upon second look, no one should be bitching about FBH's build. It wasn't even cheese. He only built one barracks, he built it at his main even if it was hidden, and he didn't start building the bunker until he saw the extremely early expansion. Didn't seem like an all-in build at all, just the proper response to JD's build. JD had plenty of opportunity to kill the scvs repairing the bunker or to go all in without a counter or basically anything other than what he did.

As a Zerg player, I hate Firebathero...as a spectator, I think he's pure awesome. Pity the game against Jaedong ended so quickly...I think Jaedong and Savior are gonna band together to form like some super-zerg-anti-FBH-combo team.

Many were prepared bo wins. As Quibing rightly states, he cannot beat a good protoss in a good shape in a bo5. No way. Those games against Bisu were just painful to watch. He could have at least put up a fight, but he never even got the mid game running

I think we can all agree on the fact that FBH's TVP has indeed improved by a significant margin. And his TVT and TVZ are top 5 in the world IMO.

Wow that frown on Jaedong's face reminds me a lot of Savior's face when he loses to FBH. Feel sorry for them,. but FBH is just too good against zerg and terran.
I have to agree that his tvp has gotten a lot better ever since the msl. Remembering he got out of his group with Much, Bisu, and Backho where a lot of people believed he had no chance of getting out alive and he beat Much and Bisu to win the group

Yeah, his TvP has gotten better but I feel it's still just a hair's away from becoming a weapon. It still has poor tank formation and decisions sometimes.

FBH's TvP is hard to judge. His aggressive style is very good at punishing greedy BOs, which modern protosses likes. He also knows how to play mind games and take advantage of slip ups.
That said, he CANNOT win a fair fight against top tosses like Bisu, Stork, Jangbi, and Free because they don't make mistakes. They don't give terran any openings. And when that happens, FBH's style will not work.
Of course, his TvP has greatly improved. The fact that managed to stayed around against Kal long enough for Kal to keep fucking up is a testament to that.

his tvp isnt bad anymore, i wouldnt say its good though, as all his games were 2fact pushes. he still has formation problems with tanks (causing huge losses to mine drags and zeal bombs)

Oh, and sorry for JD, but good for FBH. I think many fans AND players underrate him because what is most notable of FBH is his ceremonies and his horrible TvP, things that overshadow his TvZ and TvT. Did he not act like such a clown sometimes, he would be another Hwasin, but he is more known for his ceremonies than his play, which in a way has turned into an advantage.
