I don't really understand Bishop's build. He had the 3 tanks ready super fast but then didn't produce almost anything for like 3 minutes. By the time he elivatored, he barely had more units than by the time he first moved out.

terrans still can't win against protoss on HBR....at least offline they can't, not to say bishop played great and was marred by the map but still.

I don't think it's that much of an issue tbh. It's one map in the pool, players can veto and there is still more terrans in the ASL than the other two races. I personally like HBR as a map and how it plays out and when considering the downsides, for me its a net positive to have it in the pool.
