This map pack has the most up-to-date version of Polypoid. However, there is still a possibility of updates being made before the start of ASL9. If there is a change, the map will be updated in the map pack and I will notify you in this thread.

Apologies for that. The venue became iffy about the date, among other things, which caused some delays with being able to announce it with full confidence.

There is one L and one XXL. Keep in mind these are Korean sizes.

I would say that I wouldn't blame them for canceling, but I also think that considering the demographic of gamers which is younger people, the corona virus is not that big of a threat. Even if someone contracts the virus at this event, the chances that they are severely compromised by it are slim.

You're missing the big point about how Flu, and contagious things work. It's not just the people at the LAN who get affected. It's everyone they interact with too.
That said, i'd still love to have this event and I think if Corona get way more widespread i'd be worried. but lets just be precautious and keep clean.

So, I'm coughing and my friends who were going to house me cancelled. Since both of these are not great, I'm probably not going for the sake of safety to me and others.

Thanks again to everyone who attended and tuned into the stream. We really appreciate everyone's patience with the login and stream issues at the beginning. We'll do our best to make sure that doesn't happen again.
All prize payouts were sent out yesterday.
Goals for L.A. LAN 3:
- I would like to run it in the Summer, but it might be closer towards the end of Summer. Avoiding conflicts with BSL9, RCG2020, and any other major events is pretty important to us. Other things unrelated to Brood War/Esports may also affect the target date of the next event.
- Of course, a higher prize pool is always in mind. If not from us directly, then through an additional sponsor or possible Matcherino incentives.
- Ambitiously, I would like to add an EU/LATAM qualifier to help support a player to attend.
