The amount of units lost for absolutely nothing on both sides in this series in phenomenal, that was disappointing for quarterfinals.

Not suprising at all... Action seemed off compared his games offline and Ro 16. Now there is two stomps left before semi-finals.

Have Sacsri and Action already completed military service? If not, they won't last much given they were both born in 1992.

Wow, what an entertaining series this was. Both Ro8 series so far were awesome to see. And the next two should be even more exciting. The fun from Starcraft never seems to end.

Pretty sloppy series but still entertaining. Action didn’t play his best but still good enough to go through. He really needs to step up vs Snow though.

Bad break for Snow, who would have had a much easier time vs Sharp.

Sloppy but loved the 3-2 score. The funniest thing was all the drones in the middle of the maps.

Those uppgraded mutalisks.. kicki'n asss. Tastosis kept bringing up how an irradiate would swing the favour of that battle... not in that case dudes, they still would have wrecked the goliaths, sharp simply didnt have the numers or the momentum anymore. Although that game did get more exiciting than I think Action would have liked. But as artosis mentioned now that he got this series out of his system he might be more calm vs snow. But seeing this series, and snow is no pushover in PvZ, it could make for a very interesting ro4.

sat dumbfounded as Action got 2 decisive early advantages, then spent 25 minutes eventually converting. Great player, but he has no game sense. Should be giving the final blow, but instead built a round of drones that rally across the map... wtf? I realize it's easy as an observer.. see # bases each side, supply, army size... bug sheesh.. he should have put the nail in the coffin instead of let Sharp battle back. (which to Sharp's credit, he almost did both times)

You could easily see from Vegeta's body language that he was super nervous. This is easily his highest profile match since his proleague days at KT and that was over 7 years ago now. There was a next season seed on the line as well as a Ro4 place so you can see why he was making those weird little mistakes at least.

Jaedong says hi to this one. Best zerg in the world spends an entire game with his units blocked from moving up a ramp. Killer also would like to chime in for the game versus Sea(?) where he went the first 25 minutes with out the crackling upgrade. I do agree that he did make a humongous error, but even the best have had off days. So I think he deserves a pass since he won anyway.

To be fair, finishing off a Terran who is not moving out and committed to defending, is probably the hardest thing in the game. Zergs at this level know that bleeding units into a wall of Terran is the best way to throw a big lead in zvt. That's why zergs tend to just drone up after a successful attack.

I agree that his play was very sloppy, but the decision making/thought process was good.

They both looked/played fuckton nervous. Overall I liked Sharp's execution but that last game he threw away 100%. Seeing how he failed rush and lings are crossing the map he needed to pull all SCVs like yesterday. Action really needs to calm down, focus more or he's going to get stomped 3-0 by SnOw.

Yeah he almost threw games 2&4 after taking a huge lead, against a better Terran he might even have lost. He also lost drones needlessly on multiple occasions. If he rushed to defiler+lurker while taking a third he would have ended those games much earlier.

Agreed. They were both showing signs of nerves. You have to consider neither of them is very familiar with going deep in tourneys.

I still favor Action slightly vs Snow, even after the lackluster performance.

That was a fun series to watch. Nervousness on both sides and some messy play but it was still exciting to watch. Action and Sharp both have their own interesting styles and preparation. If I look at how Snow played and how Action played, I give Snow the clear advantage. Action has it in him to be favoured against Snow but not if he plays like in this series and especially not if Snow plays like he did against Last.

I think it was mentioned that Action already completed his.
