Hello all broodwar fans
Team Alchemists are pleased to present a show match between Voddy and Madinho
We want to create some enthusiasm around the bw scene, and hopefully this will be of interest to many of you bw fans out there.
Should this be a success, we are open to make this a weekly event.

Map is usually any map that is MOTW, i dont have any favorite
Fav MU is TvZ TvP PvT
Achievements: Not many, 2nd in Vanilla Tour hosted by Game few years ago, lost to Sziky in finals 3-1 But won 15$!!
A- 1x1 with only one loss, doubt many people saying its fake and that scan gave it to me..
A+ with 11 loss only 2x2
Played since 98 basically, started because of my older brother, CypressHill. Didn't focus on getting better till i was around 18 years, read up on liquidpedia etc. watch lots of replays, other than that i dont like follow and playbook, and just play as a feel, thats why i often hear that i play "retarded" and what i do "make no sense"
My first season on iccup, think that was season 13, thats the oldest account i have here BetterThanYou, the others were deleted when iccup had a big screwup. Then i got B- playing P only (I used to be P player!! LOLOLx11x1) and B 2x2
My main ally used to be the swedish zerg player Freezard and now its pretty much Soap.

Jayson(tonight): How do you feel going against voddy? Do you have any experience versus him?
MAD-Helge Løvold: Voddy have improved alot lately, think our games will be pretty close depending if he choose to play T or Z, will be lots of fun. In previous games i think i came out on top in most of them, and really looking forward to play him again

I really like Voddy`s Zerg. But his Terran is pretty good aswell, this will be a great match Btw, Mad will play offrace so we dont end up with 5 TvT

No one is really impressed by rank anymore, unless it's an extremely high fish rating.
Plus he pretty much says he hasn't had any major achievements yet anyway:

Pretty pathetic to say that Madinho has abused his powers as an admin to get a good stats. He have played alot of good games that show just how good he is, for example when he 3-0 Cute2[PAIN] offrace. You can say a lot about Madinho, but to deny that he is one of the better 1v1 players on iccup is just ignorant.

He didn't abuse that season he went like 87-1 or whatever. He did have a lot of points from tourneys...but he also played some good players.

Well madinho is A-, Voddy is like B rank with 150-100 stats.

You are right, but remember that Voddy used to be a Zerg player, wich he did pretty well : + Show Spoiler +http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft/TeamLiquid_Legacy_Starleague_1/Qualifiers
He recently changed to Terran, and doing quite good, stats means little, specially when it comes to Voddy, he is better then his stats say. I do think Madinho will win, but he wont streamroll Voddy 3-0. If you check out Voddy`s recent replays he have an eapm around 200 and some games above
Im really looking forward to this game, and i hope they will be as good as i predict Lets be thankful for having people spending time to make such events instead of criticize players/hosts/events etc...

dont get me wrong. i know hes a good player and should win vs voddy.

well lets see how those both player do againt each other.Most of the times when i see mad games im highly disappointed(just cause his Rank say something,and the result and skill showed in the game is other) with the result,same with voddy,i played some good games with him on ladder,but when i saw some of his games in tournaments or clan leagues its like another guy playing.

haha, poor casey. I thought the maps would be fun, but next time I guess we can just poll before hand and people can vote on maps. Just know that I'm going to put Vahalla and Blitz X in the map choices^^

I'm really inconsistent. Sometimes I'm actually pretty decent, but other times I play like I've never reached B-, because I'm tired or depressed.
I don't mind it that much myself, but I feel sorry when I fail to do justice to the game, and waste the time of viewers watching my games. I've considered stopping playing in tournaments because of it, but decided not to.

Don't apologize, that's basically how this works. You announce something, people tell you why the players are shit (but being no-names themselves), why your observing sucks (always, unless you're Sayle and/or have some sort of icon - honestly, I've seen comments on camera work for VOD casts) and what could have been done better (stream list, although OP delivering it). I liked it, keep it up.

Yeah, you cant expect to much, and you have to tolerate that streamer alt+tab. But i was kinda extreme today, also in phone. Ruined more then i understood at the time. Anyways, we felt everything else went fine. We will fore sure host more of these, with a few changes like the viewers choose maps, vote for wich players.. Thx to all who watched today

it was pretty cool, some games weren't good, but you organized it pretty well, so keep up the good work and i hope to see more Showmatches the next weekend
