Maciej Decision: Maciej is banned from the league for the remainder of games. He is eligible to apply for the next DRTL and his case will be revealed then.
The main reason for this ban isn't really the fact that his skill/rank may be suspect. It is because stated in the rules I said:
You may ask to to play if you don't fit the criteria and we will review the case. IF you attempt to sign-up without notifying me of having achieved a higher rank on the listed account of any other account YOU WILL NOT PLAY. There are no exceptions to this. Don't fuck up here or you will just get banned
This rule was specifically to prevent and stop these kind of mid-season issues when something is discovered and we go "wait...wut?", as well as provide a clear ground work for how to handle to the situation. As such, since neither Maciej or NW captain informed me of this fact (Bombastic Ladder ended 2/25/12, which was before DRTL started) I have no choice but to ban Maciej.

They are allowed to replace their player until 12 hours before match time (13 hour 25 min from time of this post).

@AtomicArchon: I can say whatever I damn well please about rauk's actions, even L_Master can't prevent me from doing so. I have the right to post my opinions and conversations. There was no demand for rauk to be banned as a cheater or anything, because he clearly hasn't done any cheating. It certainly doesn't involve you at all. I guess the question should be, "IF rauk were to obtain their line-up and make counterpicks, what would happen?"
However, this question is also now irrelevant, because I just effectively made sure that any espionage that he WOULD have done was made impossible, AND revealed a potential situation about Nagla. It was a win-win for myself and for the league, and if you have your panties in a bunch about it like you always do, I couldn't care less. If you think that me revealing my conversation with rauk is some sort of "mouthing off"... Maybe you need to review your biases?

and

I think he meant NW Power vs Phoenix, because ACE had a break during week 5.

No, the only thing Lmaster is asking for is Week 5 replays. Everyone else has gotten lucky and gotten away with not submitting replays for the first 4 weeks.

I on the other hand didn't TELL you to cut it out, I informed Lmaster that if you continued to provoke/mouth off about the espionage incident then he would have to make an official statement regarding it. lest Rauk would continue to get bashed by others about this in the future. I was aware of rauks clever espionage and it was my business AND I am involved, as Im DeSPiAN Captain and my players welfare is important to me.

Concerning replays: I've heard that the league organization has a massive absence of replays from weeks 1 to 4, and maybe onward. This is distressing because it means we are in effect counting results that have no evidence. If there is no proof that games were even played, how can we begin to form accurate results and standings?

Rauk's mindset and plan of action, even if not against the rules, can still be considered deplorable. It's not my fault that other users think so as well. I wasn't aware that you were involved in the situation, I guess I'm not surprised that you are lacking in sportsmanship as well. I posted publicly on purpose, because it is the honest thing to do (which is the reason that I posted the conversation with Rauk in the first place - full disclosure, leading to DeSPA not gaining an unfair advantage). If you had a problem with my public post, and you had an adequate defense for your actions, you would have answered publicly, but instead you candidly went to the organizer so he can somehow impose a restriction on my freedom of speech? I find your assertion that I type without thinking insulting, coming from someone who rarely makes a coherent post. I think you're the one who hasn't thought this through. Btw i hope its my crappy english that's missleading me, because for me all what you say sound like we was lazy BM don't giving a single fuck about the replay or the lead or the organizer or the other team when since day1 every trouble we had was clearly explained, every issue with any opposite team was always solve to satisfy everyone.
We are manner and always was, also we always did everything ask. So yeah saying that we was lucky for something we don't did in time kinda piss me off.
