We followed protocol. We were allowed in. We didn't hide, intentionally or otherwise, our previous max ranks, or our recent results. This issue has already been beaten to death in the past many times. Our participation is not in jeopardy. None of us have hit 3800 last season either. There is a clear distinction between borderline cases of people who skirt the margin of C-, and the "I can win enough games at C- to move up close to C" people.
EDIT: To me, this is as much an issue of skill as it is integrity, if not more so.

real integrity is quitting when you're clearly no longer D+ rather than trying to fudge rules about "D+/C-" or "holding C-" or "i hit C- on a lucky run or one imba matchup" :p
i mean, it's not even an "open secret" that this is the C- and whatever else we can wheedle/lie/fudge about league, not the D-ranks league

Not to jump to conclusions or to defend them, but how exactly did you determine that MoreAndMore was talking about Nagla specifically? They occasionally get new people that ask to join their D ranks team in that thread, and they sometimes say no because they know the player is not D level.

A basic rule and premise of this league is that lineups are submitted and released in double blind format. Acquiring a team's lineup without their permission, before submitting your lineup, is blatantly flouting this rule. It should go beyond simply "unfair" to unallowed. Just because a team (NW Power) is fielding an illegal player or is otherwise garnering dislike does not justify unsportsmanlike actions against the entire team.
Researching maps, analyzing previous weeks' lineups, researching players and all that jazz are all normal activities with no rules against them. In military terms, they'd be the same as surveying terrain, reviewing previous battles, reading about enemy generals. Peeking at their lineup before submitting yours would be like accessing classified information and battle plans. We've crossed the line from simple scouting and preparation into straight-up spying and espionage. Great in a war, but this is not war, this is sport. It doesn't matter that NW didn't protect their information: they shouldn't need to.

however, i think there's a distinction between having the information out in the open (which it was) and hiding it such that i need to lie or cheat someone to get at it. if it's in the open, it's free for anyone to read. it's like a football coach leaving their playbook in the middle of their university's quad. if netwars was a polish only forum and required me to lie or cheat my way into membership and then i looked at their lineups, it's more like sneaking into a locked office to get a playbook. in the latter case, you have a reasonable expectation that your information is secure and that no one should be able to get at it. in the former, you're making your information public and saying, "you had better not look at this valuable information because that would be unsportsmanlike." yeah it's unsportsmanlike... but it's also asking for it

Bull, If they make information public knowledge its there fault. Which team captain would invite other team members to there skype chat.....? It was a public forum, its there problem. Shows real lack of brains.

Hi there, here is Maciej. I'm writing form my buddy's account because I don't have one.
I haven't been playing BW since the time of PGT. So I did not know what is my actuall rank. I assumed that after 5 years of break I will not be able to hit even D+. Before I came back to play some BW games I have been playing SC2 an I hited high master so this might me the excuse why I reached that C-. For my defense I'd like to say that BSL, was polish tournament where you play 95% games with polish players so I wouldn't be so sure about my C- skill right now.

Clearly, this is not the first time you're playing ever since PGT since you played for the whole BSL thing last iCCup season... SC2 and BW are totally different games. A Grandmaster on SC2 is hardly guaranteed to even get to C-/C/C+. And about your BSL bit, are you claiming that Polish players are worse than non-Polish players on something? I'm sure, if anything, that Polish players are one of the better nations in terms of BW skill right now, so playing against nobody else but Polish people is not helping your argument.
