Everyone on T8's top 4 (Jaedong, Sea, Baby, Killer) has more that a good chance of beating any other player, even Flash. They are simply underperforming. And this is not a "new" team per se, these are war veterans who found themselves out of a team, but their experience and talent is lightyears from being considered "new team" as you call it.
