I kinda wish Jangbi had that level of PvZ in the 2009 MSL. Then

Ramp blocks, Nexus snipes, playgu swarm etc. Still, how to deny zerg expansions? It seems so easy to turtle up and get 4base hive-tech D: Dunno, Jangbi was doing fine in that one push where his reavers survived for longer than 10 seconds to snipe lurkers with

He surrendered the sixth to attack into a lurker field, losing most of his army for absolutely nothing. Should've held the center and gotten more reavers and templars instead. JD was happily expanding, if he doesn't do anything soon, he'll get rolled over anyways.

True, but Flash on top of his game (msl finals WITH wrist injury) is definitely more impressive than Jaedong on top of his game. If Flash isn't able to showcase that play in the upcoming weeks, then I'll definitely concede that Jaedong is playing the best sc in the world.

Could use more storm drops. If Jangbi can add those he'll be scary. Bisu level pvz. Though easier said than done.

Jaedong on top if his game is unbeatable even by flash. When he plays a normal game and doesn't try to be super greedy his play is near unbeatable it seems :D

My biggest problem with his game was that he was on 1 robo the whole time. When you're playing late-game PvZ, you need reavers to counter defilers. In that, Jangbi failed. On July 03 2011 14:12 SkimGuy wrote: JD wasn't behind, JangBi stayed on 2 bases for so long and his first push didn't do enough drone damage. It was equal at best for JangBi, but Jaedong was never behind Could people stop talking about bases? Bases doesn't always matter with zerg. If you only looked at the screen the 234234 times the observer pointed out the lack of drone saturation in Jaedong's base, you'd see that for a long time, his production capability was less than that of Jangbi's. Jaedong had "long term" advantage, in that he had more bases. Jangbi had "short term" advantage, in that he had more income for quite a while in the mid-game to mid-late-game. The game basically came down to Jangbi unable to use his short term advantage to turn it into a decisive advantage. So Jaedong's long term advantage eventually came through. Basically, Jangbi missed his timing, if you can call like 5-10 minute window timing.
