It's unfortunate that some of the top players had to get eliminated, but there's still a lot of great possibilities in this MSL.

5 Mirrors. Likelyhood of Horang2 being the only toss in Ro8 = pretty high. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I really hope ![]()

There would be a much greater chance they'd be paired against hydra in the ro16 or even the ro8 right? It's really not like an MSL champion to do such things. If he really wanted to prove his worth, he'd have put himself in the group instead of Sea. It really lessens the worth of his MSL crown.

His current games are all like carriers into gg or some mediocre macro game with mediocre arbiter play, thats it! Just watch Snow or Stork play. And before he changes anything, he is doomed to be on the backyard of the greatest. Its not enough to be a good Zerg killer anymore, you should prove you worth your place. Prove me I'm wrong Yeah, his arbiter play was incredibly bad, the recall was terrible and the stasises were off time and off position. Calm down man, Bisu actually played pretty well in some standards. He did pull out HT's at a very crucial moment, and despite Flash's constant harassments, he managed to suddenly pull a 5-base vs 3-base advantage at one point. His macro, too, was unbelievable; he almost destroyed Flash at the very end because he had pulled an enormous army out of nowhere, the crowd actually gasped when they realized Bisu had another army coming in. He did make, however, several crucial decision mistakes: 1. He didn't realize 6oclock was a trap. He went in with goons expecting to snipe an expo, but instead got trapped and lost all his units. 2. His arbiters did great jobs avoiding vessels and did awesome stasis moves, but I think he actually had too many stasis going on at once. Also, Bisu engaged Flash in narrow areas and bridges that were doomed to fail, because stasis allows for great walls for the terran. 3. He lost too many probes when he could have built his sim cities faster. He did eventually but by then the damage had been done. This. What I think made bisu lose was his army engagement decisions, the when and how to tackle the push. Bisu should have waited for his army to get to a critical mass instead of sending one round of freshly macro'd troops after another. Ok... I like the 3 points so much... I have a question... How does Protoss win in a situation like this? And another question... Can Toss instead of stasising recall on top of the siege line after stasising like a small portion of the army? i think Bisu got a bit stasis-happy and it was his doom... like stasis the back half and then recall an army on top of a siege line~ He's always saying how he hates tank range, how bout just recalling on top of the army so a) your fighting army gets to fight and b) any reinforcements get really quickly called into battle.. Once the stasis fields are released, the units get gobbled up~ or is this an unviable strat?

If you put them all in different groups, well you probably don't eliminate any.

I'm disappointed that Jaedong won against Flash though because Jaedong vs Bisu to finish it off would potentially have been more fun than the Flash vs Bisu rematch (even though that was a very good game).
