I didn't post in the LR thread, but rest assured, I was bouncing out of my seat during Ggaemo's game. That was one of the most entertaining matches in recent memory. Perhaps the fact that ggaemo used to be Oz's captain made me root for him more, and that just made me more emotionally invested in the outcome. But wow. the scourged vessels were sooo hugely critical, trapping his army in ggaemo's main.
Tough luck for SKT, but Ace's play has been dramatically better since last season.
People should not overlook the drama of the sixth set. XellOs, the old champion, has always been strong against SKT terrans, Iloveoov and boxer. Here he is, not having played a game in months, beating Fantasy, the heir of the SKT terran line, without a single change of expressoin. It almost brought tears to the eyes from the nostalgia of past glory of the perfect terran.

Flash has the best gg timing, because it feels so epic.
you're wrong, idra is from CJ. And u'll see him directly typing gg ones he sees a carrier or something like that which he has not prepared for.... lol

Honestly though, I'd credit that game more to the D- decision-making of Fantasy than to the play of Xellos.
Ahh park. You have so many good players; why do you need to keep starting lower and lower playeers. We're all impressed with your development of soo and s2 and ssak and paralyze and sun, but now you need to work on taking decent players and elevating them to elite status. I guess I can't be that mad considering what sending jyj produced, but you have 11 progamers that are good enough to start, and I doubt kespa is going to change the format into a Bo13 any time soon.
Ok, done with that. I was thinking back to the jyj-ggaemo match. I wonder if jyj could have pulled it out if the game was on EotS or fortress (island maps.) Jyj lifts off with CC, starport, factory, and barracs to the island, and still has the large force pinned down. GGaemo is left with one base, no tech, and the three lurkers pinning the tanks. yjy could have either tried to build an economy, or build wraiths knowing that ggaemo has no anti air. He even could have built a new vessel to try to save his army. I think there would have been enough time to get the vessel out before zerg can recover spire tech.
Lol I can't believe SKT is the one weak link on my FPL lol, I'll stick with them though, invest too much to make it cost effective for when they pick it back up
Holy crap what the hell happened here. Not that I'm displeased, ACE pulling a 4-2 on a fairly cocky SKT (playing some inexperienced Terran and no Best?) is a good thing in my book
Accursed Fantasy. When you think he finally has some game-sense on a very solid winstreak he makes a ton of mistakes in one game.
