Why are fantasy and Sea listed but Calm and JD aren't? :D Great job, of course!
|
Easy group Bisu. Lets get it done.

True, but its still only MST. I hope he gets his job done also in the real MSL group stages.
|
Groups 6 and 9 look interesting, especially 6.
Lomo isn't obscenely bad vZ, and all the other three are pretty solid players. Definitely one of the harder groups to predict, but I would guess on s2 and rorO advancing.
Group 9 will be amusing, just to see if Perfectman reverts back to badness.
|
Oh, I didn't realize that you could get a bye from doing well in this round the previous season. Glad that Classic will be participating. I can see him getting out of that group.
I'll just list one person from each group that I'd like to see move on. Pulling for Hydra, Soulkey, Action, Ruby, Really, Horang2, Zero, PerfectMan, Stork, Hiya, Snow, and Classic.
|
I think Hyuk can get group 12, lol.
Groups 4,10 and 11 are crazy.
|
oh shit SK vs shuttle
LOL at skyhigh vs jaehoon
|
Well, Bisu gets a chance to avenge Best here. Also poor Really, stuck in a group with 2 zergs. This does look like an easy group though. Also, I'm hoping Ruby can pull through. He's the one guy from ACE who ever really had a chance of qualifying.

Players placing 1-8 (Flash, Jaedong, Sea, Light, Calm, Fantasy, and fOrGG ) receive byes directly into the Round of 32 as well as Kal, who won the MST Wildcard Tournament.
|
10 game losing streak be damned, gogo Jangbi!!! I think he can actualy beat ssak and hoejja. No groups look perticularly daunting, but I think 8 is the most stacked.
People I hope to see get through: Jangbi, all SKT players, soulkey, Hiya, stork, shudle, and leta.

Yes, except that Light, Sea, fantasy and ForGG are listed under indented players (Seeded into Survivor from last MSL ro32). Flash, JD, Calm and Kal aren't listed. None of these 8 should be listed since they are all seeded into the MSL.

thank god for MSL or else we'd never see this map again until MBC allowed it to be played on PL.

Hoping JangBi can stop this lossing streak! Come on JANGBI!!! STORK All the way.

=( MBC players all got really tough groups. They need to make it to the next round for the selection ceremony to be interesting cos Sea doesn't talk much when his buddies aren't around.

forgg and fantasy are listed under terran, despite being seeded straight into the Ro32 free is not listed under toss, and there's a missing zerg as well

Hmmm I will look at it tomorrow or something. Maybe messing around with Kal messed something up. Here's what I got... Protoss: add and single indent (free), increase number to 15 Terran: add and single indent (midas hiya), remove (sea, light, fantasy and forgg) reduce number to 13 zerg: add and single indent (great) increase number to 20 15 + 13 + 20 = 48 =12 * 4 either that, or Protoss: add and sinlge indent (free), add and double indent (kal), increase number to 16 Terran: add and single indent (midas hiya), add and double indent (flash) double indent (sea, light, fantasy and forgg) increace number to 18 zerg: add and single indent (great) add and double indent (jaedong calm) increase number to 22
16 + 18 + 22 = 56 = 4* 12 + 8

lol Movie has to play Hyuk in the OSL ro24 and again in the MSL S3. Movie should be able to advance through both leagues.

Lol no protoss in Shuttle's group i doubt if he can get a single win out of that place :D

Group 2 = group of death. While I think that Canata is certainly the weakest, it's the only group where I can see any of the 4 making it.

I agree. And maybe group 11 is a smaller version of a group of death.

Skyhigh in the same group as stork again? And no terrans in his group? Come on....
|
Looks like Bisu's comeback is real! He's been doing really well in Proleague, and has an "easy" group for MST Survivor... Let's see if he's still got it!
|
hoejja with his only good matchup hydra and ssak..
poor jangbi. Once my favourite toss with (arguably) even stronger pvt than stork. Ah well -.-
|
Don't you know that Canata's nickname is 서왕(Suh-Wang)? That stands for [MBCGame]Survivor King, which means he owns this round.

Glad I'm not the only one looking forward to Skyhigh vs Jaehoon. Skyhigh sucks against protoss and vT is perfect for Jaehoon showing his Arbiter control.
|
will there be any streams for it? im rooting for JangBiiii :D
|
Protoss fanboyism aside. I dearly hope Jangbi breaks his 14 lose streak today. It's just too friggn painful watching a twice msl silver medalist like this...
|
We need more Protoss for PvT. Don't want Jaedong to face three Terrans again :/

also this dude CuteAngel
also those 3-Zerg groups back when Bisu was godly at PvZ (though he is supposedly godly at PvZ again... I bet he'll just fail out vs Z again -___-)

Already a lot of zerg qualified ! that's good for Bisu ! zergs in the next round ! As long as he doesn't bump into Flash / Fantasy he should go far !

why so many zergs so far...i feel like we are going to be watching some ZvZ and not just a little bit of it...6 zergs 2 terrans 2 protosses + the 8 already in + Goojilla(Kal) feels a bit zerg heavy in the qualifiers for some reason
|
FREEAGLELAND26780 Posts
Yeah there's going to be a hell of a lot of zergs in the Ro32... ZvZ fest yay!
|
There is something wrong with the dates. Group 6 happened today, and group 8 did not. posibly they all need to be shifted by one.

Swarm season is upon us. Again, sigh.

edit: wait NVM, it looks like a lot of the tosses who are likely to escape the MST haven't played yet, e.g. Snow, Violet

Maps are not in our favor.

OMG! only 2 toss qualified to the ro32?
|
LOL look @ the qualified, SO MANY ZERG!!! This is awesome, Bisu's chance to win another MSL!
I also really want him to go head to head against flash sometime, there's no other way that we can say he's back in shape unless he has the confidence to beat flash

Light approves this many zergs qualifying

3 including Kal.
Stork, Stats, Violet, Snow, and Movie will likely qualify and haven't played yet, so it'll be more like 8 toss in the Ro32.

Nicely done, although predicting that Jaehoon would qualify would have topped the prediction cake.
I still think Movie will qualify, he's bad right now but has an easy group.
