- Thoughts on advancing to the MSL for the 11th time?
▲ I have lots to say, so I'm glad I could get interviewed. I seem to get into the MSL a lot, and I hope to keep my luck up this time.
- Your play was pretty mediocre in the first game
▲ I definitely wasn't pleased with how the game went, but I'm happy that I won.
- Your match against Reality went to late game. Did your loss to him earlier affect you?
▲ Prelims are prelims, official matches are official matches. I get eliminated a lot in the OSL so I didn't let it get to me much. It's unfortunate that I couldn't win in dominating fashion, though.
- Were you planning on sneaking DTs in?
▲ I was planning on knocking out his sunkens in the first attack, since I figured he wouldn't rebuild them. And so, I went for DTs. Though I was thrown off by the fact that he got burrow, I settled down and took out his Spire.
- Apparently your wrist is hurt?
▲ It's just not in good shape, my wrist is OK. Although I've been trying to hide it from everyone, my face contorts sometimes in games and I guess everyone saw that. I'll try to recover as quickly as possible to prime condition.
- You've advanced to the MSL so many times - isn't it time to get a championship?
▲It was like this last season too. My goal this time is to get to the Finals - I hope to fulfill my claim today.
- It's vacation now
▲ If I lost today vacation would be quite depressing. I'm really glad I won.
- Final Remarks?
▲ The college entrance exams are today, so I wish everyone the best. Even if you do poorly, don't get to depressed. I heard that Stork mentioned me in an interview before, I think it was something about Protoss ranking. I'm sure he only put it that way because we're pretty close. However, my fans don't know that, so for their sake I hope he takes it down a notch. Lately I haven't been in good physical condition and many people have been worried. I'll repay them with good performances.

- Thoughts on advancing to the MSL?
▲I'm really glad to advance.
- You won two ZvTs - did you practice for this specifically?
▲Not particularly it's just that in the past I used to get nervous in ZvTs, and now I'm a lot more relaxed.
- Do you have many regrets in your match vs Free?
▲I snuck a Zergling in and did a lot of damage with it. But I relaxed my guard and didn't notice that I let 3 DTs in, and I was behind after that.
- Your scouting was excellent in the final match
▲It's hard to tell what a Terran will do, particularly if you're playing a Rookie and you're unfamiliar with his style. So I had to use Overlords to scout. If I lost them without getting any crucial information that would be pretty bad, but luckily I got the information I needed. That Overlord went in with strong conviction, thankfully his Marines were just chilling.
- What were you thinking when you saw his Starport?
▲I thought it would be a drop, but when I looked more closely I saw vessels. I'm sure if I hadn't seen them the match would have been quite different.
- Though you've advanced to the MSL four times already, your performance has been less than stellar
▲I hope to do a lot better this time. In the past, I wasn't that used to the big stage yet, and I wasn't doing that well in practice either.
- Final remarks?
▲One of my friends is retaking the college exams, and I hope he makes it this time. I also want to thank the coaching staff for consistently cheering me on.
