JD went 12hat and then gas before pool. It's the kwanro build that was used a lot on Blue Storm. It wasn't 12pool lair. 12pool lair also gets minimal lings while whoring drones until mutas.

Imo i think that the ace match wouldn't be that great a match since an ace match is the match that the progamers themselves when they would try to end the match as decisively as possible instead of playing some sort of grand game where winning is a razor thin thing. Sure, the spectators love it, but would you rather play a grand match and lose every match within a razor thin margin or would you try and take the match decisively when you could? Its obvious, since people who start winning would be the ones that would be recognized. Just because JD chose a 2 hatch build and played somewhat like kwanro then he shouldn't be raged at. He used queens to mindfuck Light so that in the last game the person with the mental edge would win, which most probably would be jaedong since light got mindfucked hard. Add the fact that he went zerglings he forced light into investing into firebats, which meant fewer marines for his muta buid to succeed. You know, when a progammer gets so desperate in a game 5 it gets really dissapointing to see the "winner" win by doing something so all-inny.

Awesome series. I can't decide whether this one or the other one (Flash vs Fantasy) was better, but this MSL semis have been so much fun to watch.

JD isn't really the type to 4/5 pool imo.

Not meeee It's painfully obvious that Jaedongs ZvT is as good as it's ever been. The fact he just went through Sea and Light (beat light twice) means he should have a great chance of beating Flash straight up this time.

Late game ZvT is nearly impossible on Polaris Rhapsody, so why shouldn't the zerg be allowed to use early aggression to end the game before it gets to that point? Abusing =/= late transition

He lost to effort though mind games, but corrected his mistakes and than beat Jaedong 3-0. Were talking about Flash here, he is the #1 TvZ player for a reason. His mechanics, strategies, game sense, micro, and macro are well above Light's.
