what's the point in relaying the peak apm? it's not a more accurate judgement of apm since since it takes into account early game spam.


its a statistic genius, if there wasnt a point it wouldnt be fucking broadcasted. people like seeing all different kinds of statistics, i just quoted one i found interesting. his peak may or may not be from that big battle with the swarm drops and shit flying in all over everything, and frankly average apm is diluted by the gay spamming they do at the start of the match

I'm not arguing that it's a statistic, but when you just say APM numbers, without declaring what they are, people will think it's average. It's like me posting flash 255 v zero 260 without saying it's minimum. People might think they are playing slowly.

Actually that isn't really high for avg apm. A lot of progamers (especially zerg usually) run at the mid-upper 400's avg. Effort and Hyuk come to mind as examples.

Hyuk just the other day ran:
High - 676
Low - 339
Avg - 475

It was just slightly confusing that's all, I don't follow zero's apm charts religiously or anything and if I wasn't watching the stream, I could have mistaken it for average apm. I was just clarifying, that's all.
