Actually it still doesn't. 14cc vs a double proxy fact where your rax is too far to wall off against cheese and pump marines. Flash would have been able to stop the 2nd fact from building, but the first would still have finished. Its unlikely Flash could have held it off there.

Without a forward rax, Flash could have set up a little sim-city in his nat while pumping marines, while getting his econ further (assuming again, that he can block the proxy fact, which he has shown he is able to before).
