Every now and then on bnet, sure. But over JD in a starleague finals? No. I don't acknowledge that a Terran without the science vessel count to kill the defilers and break an expansion can win against a Zerg with map control, the full tech tree, full upgrades, 4 mining bases and 5 gases when that Zerg is also JD. Comebacks happen because a player makes mistakes. JD would need to make a fucking huge mistake (like plaguing all his ultras randomly) to lose that. He doesn't make that kind of mistake.

odds are more likely that jaedong would have new defilers in time to stop the fight, new ultras to replenish the troops... but at that moment, the reality was there were no defilers, very few ultras, no lings, and flash still had a substantial mnm force, the first two swarms near the base were almost out, and flash had a sci vessel at the nydus canal waiting for any other defilers to come through.
JD had 2 defilers at 7 when the game dropped.

Looking at the replay a second time, I can't say that Jaedong had such a large advantage. Damn. Now even I'm a bit pissed that Jaedong got the win, even thought I heatedly defended the decison before. Hmm...
