The age-old state rivalry between New South Wales and Queensland will be relived this weekend as QLDNT B scrape by VIC B into the Grand Final in a series going all the way to ACE match. Bragging C- players or better almost across the board both teams should provide entertainment to rival the all-star lineups of this week's A-Teams.
The victorious B-Team takes on BoredAussie StarCraft (BASC) for a chance to prove themselves against some of the active Aussie community members.
Crunch time
For the A-Teams. A win by NSW without going to ACE sees them seeded #1 and straight into the grand finals, while VIC Entus is battling for the same honour. If the match goes to ACE then VIC Entus scrapes in on bonus points.
QLDNT and SAWA are also battling for a finals berth and their success hinges on whether VIC T1 can pull an upset over the heavy lineup of Queensland talent. A lot rides on the game as if VIC2 win SAWA will sneak into the finals even if the match goes to ACE, but if QLD win they consolidate themselves in the preliminary finals.
Pressure is also on NSWACT as if they fail to get a bonus point and QLD win their match they will drop out of finals contention giving way to SAWA.

I'd say QLD is stronger - NSW is great if it gets to ACE and it's likely to get there with frugs and god- (and kev is not shabby) but QLD is solid across the board especially in 2v2 as well. Once one of the NSW big two is taken out by one of the many QLD guys who can do it (kang, leg, etude, etc.) ACE is not guaranteed.
Still, given the right lineup as we saw any team is pretty competitive - see SAWA - it's just a shame krazyfol didn't join sooner and hurt his wrist or VIC2 might have been more competitive too.

I had been trying to give everyone in QLD a go and let everyone on the team play by switching it up every week. But then we were in the bottom 2 so last week had to put in the strongest I could, sorry mate!

Guys an update on the EG showmatch - talking to iNc and he said Louder is kinda inactive or lazy or something so EG is down to five. This means the showmatch is most likely BO5 (BO3 individual matches).
Talking to X-EdgE who would be the undisputed leader for SAWA he mentioned he wouldn't really like to participate so I am considering rearranging how the all-stars works seeing we have to cut 2 players from the lineup.
The options are: The best 1v1 player from each team OR The best 1v1 player from the top3 finalist teams plus another two from the grand-finalist teams to act as captain and co-captain. I kind of like the second option as it is more rewarding for the better performing teams and also will make for a stronger lineup.
However, I'd like to hear from ttSeason, Backlash, Cam, etc. who are the leaders in the possible teams who may miss out and see what they'd prefer. Also consider that NSW or QLD might miss out though with current lineups and projected results it is less likely.
