Shine has no lategame AT ALL, movie has at least some.

Even if Flash's PvT armoury build might have trouble accepting the current trends of PvT, its still a powerhouse against all but the very best PvTers. Movie isn't one of the best from what we've seen and if we include Flash's recent games where he's shown more unpredictability by using some extremely aggressive timing attacks, I really don't think Movie has anything in his toolbox to beat Flash. Shine's not hot in ZvT but at least his mutalisk control is pretty good at that might take some games against Flash. Yeah, his hive tech control is bad but you're pretty much going to die to Flash in the ZvT late game anyway so it doesn't really matter that much.

... ... It is possible. Like if Flash gets back injury or catches H1N1.

As for who would have a better chance against Flash, I don't know, but I think Movie would produce more entertaining games. If Shine makes it to the finals, he'll be using all-in builds against Flash every single game. Flash does lose to those builds sometimes, but in a Bo5? Not going to happen, I think... Movie can hang in there into the mid and late-game, but Flash is Flash and Movie is not Stork/BeSt, both of whom Flash recently capped. But at least they'll be entertaining games.

But anyways, it would be awesome to see the most hated player win the OSL to create utmost create chaos on on TL.

Shine is not looking much better in ZvT though... movie has a better chance of at least putting up a fight against flash. shine only has a slim chance if he is able to end the game with his mutas early, which might only work once against flash. not that movie is going to do well against him either, but has a slightly better odds.

Movie and Shine's vT MU is no where close to Flash's vP or vZ, I'd be surprised if they lasted longer than an hour of combined play time against Flash.

Realistically I don't think anyone thinks either of them are a threat to Flash. It's just that seeing Flash's FvZ for the past few months Movie looks to have more of a chance. I mean seriously if you're life depended on a progamer taking 1 game off of Flash and you had to choose between Shine and Movie would you honestly take Shine?

Just like Zero, Shine is going to be in for a shock and I wouldn't be surprised if Movie wins on El-Nino. Sure El-Nino is a ZvP favored map, but if anybody can win on an imbalanced map it's Movie.

Flash's only losses in tvz come from really aggressive muta play that pokes a hole in his defense. What's shine's MO? Really aggressive muta play that pokes holes in defense. Movie, on the otherhand, flounders early game PvT and hopes he can win by throwing arbiters at the T until he loses -- a viable strategy, but unless you have Best's perfect macro, I don't think you can make up for early game mistakes vs Flash.
