EPTSo what player should we get then? we have 1 team, with probably less active players than your vic team, and in finals del suggested they use me twice because of sheer lack of numbers. Who does my team borrow from?

VICTAS ENTUS are making the finals and VICTAS T1 aren't. They are both Victorian teams and were separated to make the whole competition fairer. U said "its a state tournament to judge the best state and best players from each one, not to get the fairest teams ever". So why wouldn't Victoria gets its strongest team for the finals? I fail to see how SAWA comes into it. SAWA only have the players that are in their 2 states to choose from and they dont get any extra players. having you play twice seems fine to me. Additionally, SAWA aren't secured a spot in the finals yet either. If SAWA make finals but dont have enough players, seems logical that you can choose some1 to play twice to me. | ||

You have 2 completely different teams now. Vic 1 and Vic 2. They are both victorian, but seperate teams. You don't suddenly change it all and have the 2 teams combine. If Del runs this tournament again, he may put the vic team together, or make it like 1 player from each state in a team - whatever. The fact is this tournament has 2 victorian teams due to the amount of players. It may seem unfair to you right now since QLD got star packed players middle of the season and del did nothing about it, and it IS unfair, but we have to deal with it. Suddenly adding your teams together seems weird as you have played as 2 completely different teams. Just get you to play twice in your game. if i have to if we get there. you will. Also we could be secured a spot, but i'm the ace player, and get destroyed by every other teams ace except Brad (lol) Anyway - think of it one last time like this 2 vic teams join. only 1 makes it to the top 3. Let's suddenly put them both together since 1 made it! Your team made it to the playoff spot, that means your team is capable enough. | ||

Victoria has 2 whole teams and 1 b-team of players from one state, while western australia has 3 or 4 players who are on the b-team of the worst team by personnel. SAWA can't borrow from the b-team, that's asking for an instant loss (sorry to put it like that, b-team) But... it's a state tournament, not a fairness tournament, we are finding the best state and the best players. | ||

But, let me understand what ur argument is. Your saying soO (State of Origin) is a STATE tournament and has nothing to do with fairness. But then your saying its a TEAMS tournament, which that has nothing to do with STATE. And overall, the tournaments got nothing to do with fairness and maximum number of ppl competing? I gotta lol at that reasoning. So Victoria has 2 teams, from the one STATE, one which made the finals, but can't play with their best STATE players. If we go by your reasoning then having Victoria as 2 completely separate teams simply HAS TO MEAN that it is a "fairness" tournament, and thus the STATE where some1 is from doesn't mean anything. It was unfair to have Victoria as 1 team because not every1 would get to play etc, so they were split up. Therefore dividing the skill between two teams and diluting the chance of any Vic team reaching the finals at all. So that means its not about who has the best state and its players at all. So if you continue that, then adding a former pro gamer to a QLD squad just coz he's from QLD half way through makes, u guessed it, no sense. But, if we solve the problem of not having enough players in the new BO7 format by 1 or 2players playing twice from each TEAM, then that'll work. | ||

I can't get my point to you properly, but it seems like you want to make 2 wrongs go together to form a right. Put it this way - the tournament is still about fun - and it encourages getting EVERYONE to play. Victoria has 2 teams that are both better filled than my 1 team, so if you combine them, some would miss out playing on the a-team, when otherwise they would on say - my team. This is the same for the current queensland. It's not all about winning and getting your states best players all out there, but i see what you mean about splitting it up. I think now, you should be able to borrow a player. Add TTSeason to your lineup if you make the finals, in hindsight, i think it's a good idea. | ||

Why bitch about this now when you could have brought it up before the tournament even began? Why would Leg being added make any difference to your team not having enough players / the 2 vic teams joining up? | ||
