EPTI enjoy playing FFA and sound in the fog of war is a big thing. I notice many times I can hear the sounds of battle between 2 other players in the background. Oftentimes I hear tanks shooting. My question for you guys is how far away can you hear sound in the fog of war? Also, are some units more likely to be heard than others because they are louder? example: tanks
Vision in Fog of War in 2v2
Also, I have a question about visibility in the fog of war regarding 2v2. Sometimes my ally will be shooting up a ramp and presumably has vision of the enemy but I do not. How come I can see my ally’s units but not what they are fighting up a ramp? Is it because 2v2 does not share vision of enemy attacking your ally? Need 2v2 gosu’s help here. Also, any other examples of visibility in 2v2 being affected by this?
