I use 10 aggression for, let's say 6 pool, and 10 economy for 3 hatch before pool. I tend to suffer on some specific builds that are quite balanced, for example the ones that go expand and at the same time prepare some time of push early on. But as I said, it's not based on statistics or anything related, it's more about "feeling" and people getting a fast look on how safe or all-iny a build is.
