hmm connection issues.. are you dropping frames in the log window in FMLE? Did you double check your FMS url and username/password etc?

is all mine says
and I get nothing showing up on my stream even though when I go to the studio the live feed shows up but I cant do anything with it. if the live feed shows up everythings working, you just have to either cue the feed, and transition to cue in your studio or set AutoLive to true in your FMS url in FMLE

oh my god I cant believe this.... I spent a good solid hour trying everything and I just check my FMS url and true was missing the e..... Arrrrrrrrrrrggggg........
Thanks :p

Yeah i just figured out my problem. I went to check my email and it automatically sent a message saying my bitrate was too high i didn't realize it was 698. I got it working now and thanks rage for your posts.

i am having a problem streaming the full area inside the capture rectangle. it cuts off about 2 inches around the border and all i get is the middle part. im aware several other ppl are having this problem as well, but wondering if it's been solved yet.
also does the FMS URL really do anything? my mogulus screen can still stream without the url.

Bumping this with a few questions. I searched through the majority of the posts in this(massive, ughhh) thread to see if anyone already asked them and they sort of have been, but no one really answered.
1. If I want to stream the SPL or something and want to stream off my desktop, what do I change to make that little corner that streams in the top left to something bigger or to move it? I know it must have something to do with the 640*480 settings but I'm not sure which one(s). I would assume it's the "Input Size" in FMLE but idk if I have to change anything else too(like in Camtasia). I don't want to change anything and end up fucking myself over =S
2. If I want to do commentary on my stream how do I do that? I read that you don't change any audio input for Camtasia, that it is all done in FMLE but under audio where it says "Device" it lets my either pick my speakers or my microphone. Can I not use both? Can I input the sounds from SC:BW and commentate overtop of that at the same time? I'm hoping to be able to do this for the NA State/province league when I stream live as a ref o.o;;

What about livestreaming Pro League? You use Camtasia, FML again or simple Procaster last? When I'm streaming from Daum or something I have only sound, but screen is black and my firends dosen't see anything. What's the problem?
Sry for my english.

1. You have a very good sound card that can handle mixing the sources (pretty rare) 2. You use Virtual Audio Cables, a complex software package designed for things like this 3. You do it ghetto style with 2 headphone splitters and 2 audio cables.

about the fms url: it's impossible that you can stream to your mogulus account without the url if you're using fmle, the FMS url tells FMLE where to send the data stream. without it, the mogulus server wont receive a feed.

RaGe I used it, but problem is that everyone hear sound from for example Daum (or any other player that I use) but there is no video. Maybe this's problem with FPS?

About question 2, since my stream's audio is whatever my speakers output would it not be possible to find a way to make my speakers repeat what I say into my microphone? This would automatically mix it with the SC:BW sound, no?

It's your capturing program that doesnt capture the video for some reason. I'm not familiar with ProCaster, but this is a super common problem with any video capturing.
Doesn't it get resolved if you change the source to the actual program, instead of doing a desktop fixed size capture?
Try searching in the ProCaster help

About question 2, since my stream's audio is whatever my speakers output would it not be possible to find a way to make my speakers repeat what I say into my microphone? This would automatically mix it with the SC:BW sound, no? It seems so easy in theory, but in practice it's pretty hard. This is the reason why in almost all casted shows online, you'll see one person being the observer, and one commentating on Vent, so you can hear both commentary and the game sounds.
The only thing I can imagine working besides the already mentioned things is: go to your Volume Control, Properties, and for your output device, make sure you check all the boxes, then click Ok. If Microphone is listed, try unmuting it.
The problem with this is, with most sound cards, this just gives one big beeeeeeeeep when recording Stereo Mix, or you wont be able to hear your microphone anyway.
It really isn't that easy. If you find a simple software solution to this with a normal sound card, let me know.

Okay, thanks. I'll mess around with it when I get home and let you know if I find anything.
