Bump again? Why do I have black screen T.T

Are you sure you set up the right section of FMLE properly? I.E. 'FMS URL', 'Stream', Panel Options? Also make sure you have your livestream channel set up properly. Under Brodcast Live, make sure you have video enabled. If it's not any of that you might have installed FMLE or Camtasia wrong or something. If you are using Vista make sure you are using version 5.02 of Camtasia.

has anyone else successfully dealt with this?
I got the same problem, only thing i came up with changing to 1 FPS. Then the lagg dissapeared. Trust me when i say i have tried everything.
But the problem started when i switched to a new graphiccard. I had this old ATI 256mb before.. But after switching to a new the mouselagg appeared. I have been having a conversation with camtasia about it but nothing helped.. The only thing i can do is to switch back to my old card... But in my opinion its not worth it.
I have tried with other programs but i guess its many out there.
SO if anyone else runing livestream together with starcraft and not using CAMTASIA please tell us!! Cuz i wanna try other solutions..

Probably has something to do with one of your Video Driver settings / Video driver version / some Camtasia setting.
I guess you'll have to screw around with shit to make it work :\

I'm running windows 7 64-bit (which is basically just like Vista), but I'm having trouble.
I have Camtasia 6, turns out it doesn't do the live output thing, as I have discovered when finding this forum.
I have tried ManyCam, but it is too slow in FPS (and nevermind that it doesn't work in fullscreen games, like StarCraft).
I have tried SplitCam, it does not support 64-bit at all.
I decided to look for Camtasia 5, I cannot find this sucker anywhere. Torrents have almost nonexistant seeding for this version, and I don't even think they sell it anymore cuz 6 is out. So what do I do here? Note that I want to be able to stream my screen, PERIOD, at a reasonable FPS (i.e. NOT manycam).
Is it just me or are people just not writing good virtual webcam drivers for 64-bit OS, cuz most of the other ones I find are only for 32-bit, and many were made for windows 95, 98 ..

Thx for a grate guide works perfectly for starcraft.
I have tryed to get it to work with other games/desktop. But I cant change the 640x480 size. I have changed it in option etc but when I press record its still only the small 640x480 "window". Does anyone got a clue about this? It works perfectly to make a Normal screen capture with 1280x1024. But when I switch back to Live output capture the region is small again.

Ok, hi RaGe, first off, thanks for your guide!!! With after 2-3 problems being solved and running about 1 or 2 more tests, I think I can successfully launch my first live stream ever where I would be able to commentate games and stream games live all thanks to your guide! (and wonkman and Grobyc)
But in any case, I want to know if I can get some answers and help regarding my remaining problems. Ok, so what's the thing is I got the stream running all fine and everything, but the first problem I come across was regarding my mic sounds. Apparently, I'm using a laptop with a built-in mic where no matter what I tried to do (control panel-->sound controls--->etc), I just can't mute my mic and even when i have my mic onto the mic slot, obviously there's sound..... so I tried everything to mute it and it doesn't mute and basically I'm just dumbfounded on how I can mute this built-in mic so that people won't be able to hear such as annoying fan sound of my laptop cooler and etc....
Second problem is in regards with streaming SC BW where I get a blank screen but... I'm currently using webcammax (wonkman's guide) where I just dled camtasia so until I actually try for that, I'll keep the second problem unsolved for me to solve first..)
Thanks RaGe!

Hello everyone, I recently broke my right hand(June 7th). I started doing casts since I cannot play. A friend would like to cast with me, his friend told us to get Virtual Audio Cable(VAC). This program allows two people to talk and both voices be input into the streaming programs output, thus no echos, no need for mic by my speaker for all to hear his voice, etc...
Problem is it keeps making FMLE non responcive, does anyone know or use this program currently? If so how. If not, are there similiar programs? plz help we are casting a CW together tomorrow and we want to warm up today.

Halp Have u tried playing with CPU throttling enabled?
Also, try setting CPU affinity for SC BW and FMLE to a different CPU (core).

My stream never captures in-game sound, anyone have this problem?
It'll pick up my microphone and such, but not any sounds from my computer.
