(Old Information Below)
For those that don't know, there have only been four players in the history of StarCraft to reach 2300+ ELO according to the TLPD:
Peak ELO - Player
2336 -  Flash
2329 - iloveoov
2309 -  Jaedong
2301 - sAviOr
Two Terrans, two Zergs, and no third race. But this is the Golden Age of Protoss, where the January KeSPA Ranking's Top 10 is dominated by the six Protoss dragons. It only makes sense that a Protoss could crack 2300 for the first time ever, tonight.
2285 -  Bisu
Right now, Bisu has the highest overall ELO of any player. And, it is only fitting, that Bisu is playing his weakest matchup against the player with the highest peak ELO ever (2336), the highest versus Protoss ELO (2221) currently, and the #2 ELO right now: Flash.
Overall + Show Spoiler [Show] +Player / Matchup / Last 10 / Last 3 Months / Head-to-HeadBisu / PvT / 7-3 / 5-1 / 3-8 Flash / TvP / 8-2 / 12-3 / 8-3
Bisu will get to 2294 if he beats Movie, in the CJ / SKT proleague match (he plays a PvP against Movie), and could possibly break it if the match goes Ace. I hope he doesn't feel too worn out, because he's about to play the best TvP in the world right afterward in a Bo3, where he could crack 2300. Get your popcorn ready!
P.S. - GOM seems to get so many great matches, their finals and semis the last couple tournaments have always produced series between the best few players. I know they lack in the prestige department when compared to the OSL or MSL, but their matchups are certainly more exciting.

Aside that it's a really high number elo...
Why not a flat 2000?

2000 was the default set ELO for all Pros when they enter. Generally, 2200 means a player is one of the best, and 2300 is only reserved for Bonjwa-level players. I know that Jaedong and Flash aren't on the same level career-wise as iloveoov or Savior, but for half a year when they made their peaks, they were almost as dominant, but simply without as many titles.

Because you start with 2000 in the ELO system.
I have a feeling he won't, but I betted for him. He definitely won't get it by winning against Movie, and I doubt even if he wins the Ace match. But if he manages to take the first game against Flash (totally possible), then he'll break it. Since the map is Medusa, I'm going with Yes.

Wow pretty interesting, this is going to be a clash of titans I wish I didn't have to miss. Early flight back to uni tomorrow otherwise I would watch this for sure.
Their record is Flash 8-3 Bisu, so Bisu has some history to overcome here. I hope he can do it, even if it is just for the sake of a protoss joining the ranks of people with over 2300 elo peak. Bisu hasn't actually played a terran since he 3-0d FBH though, he is stronger vs T than he was before his slump but I don't know if it'll be enough. Map balance will definitely help Bisu out though.

Bisu was the first Protoss with 3 golds, so why not the first Protoss to break 2300? I believe.

Anyone know how ELO is calculated? Like how much BiSu would get from beating Movie?

Time for Bisu to get back at that no-good cheesing bastard?! (I'm not holding a grudge, I just like old references) Anyways, I like both these players, so I'm definitely excited about this match

If Bisu loses to Movie, he'll be at 2270
I haven't done the what-ifs with Flash. I'm certain though, if Bisu beats Movie then beats Flash in Game 1 on Medusa, he'll break 2300. If he loses to Movie and then 2-0's Flash, he'll probably still break 2300.
I think he could go as high as 2320 if he goes 3-0 tonight.

If bisu breaks 2300, he'll probably be ahead of Savior's elo peak. The thought of Bisu beating Savior again is frustrating.

if it was stork i would say he'd fail since you can argue it could be equivalent to being 2nd (close but not quite there) but snce its Bisu he can do it
we all know that OSL was a fluke (im not being serious but im not a stork fan)
