The decaf gambit was supposed to be 9 pool -> offensive hatch contain. I was dismayed when the map was blue storm and had to make it a proxy hatch Regardless, that was a failure of epic proportions.
He can't feel bad, he just played amazingly. In Boxer's autobiography he says he practiced TM before he won his first championship and he said he never won. It is basically impossible as long as the TM are reasonably good.
first we had nyovne macroing, and then he built a second depot at like 14 supply even though we agreed on 1fac cc, so fakesteve takes over because nyovne is a hurtin' noob

Normally, fakesteve could walk away from a game for 3 minutes and win 100%, but these two noobs had managed to throw away the most awesome advantage in starcraft history, and fakesteve suffers an embarassing loss
Fakesteve splits 3scvs instead of 4. Then Nyovne took over macro. First depot in at 150 minerals, with no scv being made in the command center. He proceeds to 10rax/12gas when theres no zealot threat and we agreed upon tank siege expo anyway, then he makes a 2nd depot at 13 supply. Then we decide to let FakeSteve take over. We heard on the stream that NonY had 3 bases up and a fast tech, so obviously he had no observers (was correct no?) so timing push wouldve been the good decision if they stopped scv production instead of queueing 5 scvs in every command center when you need to add facts not to mention a couple of depots were forgotten along the way, so yeah the timing push was worth shit, but letting someone get away with a really fast 3rd and 2SG is just deadly. If we expo'ed again instead of timing pushed, Nony wouldve just gotten island, harassed with scouts and gotten 3SG arbiter on a strong map for arbiters.
i wish i saw that second team melee game, but from the sounds of it, thats how TM should be played; 3 somewhat random players, and not 3 well-seaoned tm'ers
overall, another great episode. better than the first two, if i dare say so. nony's mic worked fine, and he was able to sling a few jabs around (and hes good at it!). moreover, i didnt think any of the games sucked, simply because nony raped so much.
I hope the VOD works OK for you all, due to some issues with my server it was partially corrupted and I've spent the last few hours repairing it as best I can, but I don't have time to sit through and re-watch the whole thing right now.

i think that map was fantasy II, and the map locations were named so because that section resembled that particular section in the map that it was named after.
The map Fantasy has 4 maps on it. The bottom right is referred to as Ride of the Valkyries, because that start position models the ROV version. The top right base, with 2 bridges, is called Nostalgia.
