Added APM-Alert for 1.16.1 and the repfix to the default archive. But it is still not officially allowed by icc. Also updated the homepage because it was slightly outdated. | ||

And are you sure it is the DL which fails, and not just your unpacker which cannot open the file? | ||

Either the launcher has insufficient privilegues or some overzealous security software(antivirus,firewall,...) is blocking it. | ||
