As for Koreans banning foreigners because they either lag, or play at higher latency, I guess that is a necessary evil. Too bad, but I rather play at low latency and suffer the consequences, than have everyone play at higher latency. And when I tried to play on Fish, Koreans always kicked me right away anyway. Too bad they call it 'turn rate'. But then again, if you google for 'response delay' or 'latency', those terms are so loaded, so many people got confused. I guess the marketing department veto'd any name with 'delay' or 'latency' in it. And I guess that's why it is called 'latency' in the patch notes and 'turn rate' in the game. I guess the marketing department doesn't get to veto patch notes.
