I think he got like peak days, when he is the old JD and kills all. For example, 2x BO3 vs Flash.. He won 4 times in a row losing 2. To Flash.. Then he got those days when his arm hurts like hell and cant beat anyone. Just participate in next ASL and make sure u will be peaking the game days! | ||

Ohh I see now, I gotta take back all I said about nothing beeing canceled, there is a cancelled hatch and there is an accident but still that accident has nothing to do with what I was pointing out about JD build order. I talked about some unortodox opening JD is using to (imo) try find out some new weaknesses in the new and so strong 1-1-1 Flash is using vs Z lately. When this guy Cryoc so easly replied "there is not such thing you say, just an accidentally canceled hatch" (and this is when I got missleaded and why I did not find it) I just looked for it in the opening phase of the game cuz if not there that accident has nothing to do and adds 0 to what i'm trying to point out. Effectively there is a mistake and JD cancel his hatch at around min 4, and as I just said it has nothing to do with what I'm talking about, it adds 0, explain 0 and mean 0 so I still can't figure out why that was told to me as a reply. Anyone else see? mistake or not at min 4 JD is still goin for crazy opening (13 pool 12 gas 11 hatch), I think he is trying match muta timing with wraith so he doesn't have to make early hydra to defend and thus get a critical mass of muta as early as he can, regardeless of having a weak economy, to punish terran in that moment when he has 2 comand centers and just 1 wraith, 2 vult and 1 bunker to defend it. Maybe, if he can refine it, he can force Terran to go out of his way and make super early enginering and still lose many scv idk.... we just saw a failed attempt that didnt even got to get the first muta out. I think this 1-1-1 is a super precise and technical build wich aims, as oposed to the 5 barrack build, not to maximize strenght and get in a super strong position for the user but to exploint the many weaknesses of the zerg and put him in a very unconfortable position (early vult -> force sunk and runby may cost the game for Z; early wraith --> force hydra and may do a lot of dmg, potential cloak wraiths and potential vult drop keep Z in a very defensive state as they also may do ton of dmg and in case of vult drop it may end game right there; and then mm/tank/vess push and then mass vessel with mass m&m, those last two much earlier than z is used to: the build just seems to be a nightmare for Z when things go as they should for terran). Here's Larva vs Flash illustrating this. So maybe making the T go out of his way in the initial and fragile phase of the 1-1-1 is the answer to turn things back and make the Terran be in that unconfortable position. Earlier, that same day, when during the KCM race wars he played Flash and also tried some early crazy aggression in response to Flash 1-1-1, he went 2 hatch lair defended initial wraith with hydra as usual, then got mutas scourge to try snipe 1st vessel and kill vultures, regain control and have Terran in the dark, once terran vision of the map was denied and one would expect some muta harassment while getting 3rd JD tried to suprise Flash with a hydra bust. Bust failed as he faced 2 bunkers and irra on center hydra and game continued for a little longer JD proceded to lose with relative ease. After that JD saw a replay of the game to see what in the hell happened and how God knew about hydras and to apparently check for specific timings on the build Flash uses. For Jaedong surprise and my amusement, and as to be expected of someone who posses the All Seeing Eye hack in his blood, Flash made 2nd bunker with 0 knowledge of what was goin on to what JD said what I'm sure is korean for "The hell... he made the /&#$% bunker, how tha fuck do I beat this guy!?". A few moments later JD got into Flash's streaming chat and asked him to bo3, series in wich, the moment he saw Flash went for 1-1-1 build he tried the opening that started this conversation. From my point of view he is analizing things and trying to come up with new ideas to combat this new TvZ style, as one would expect of the greatest Zerg player that walked the earth, he now want to take the Zerg vs Terran meta game one step further... I want to share it because, now that we have FPVOD of the real players, I find these kind of meta game development process awesome and fun. ...oh and yes, he cancelled his hatchery at 3 minutes 32 seconds of the game, by accident. My bad, good call guys. | ||
