It's really funny how it flips around as you get better at the game and face better opponents. When I first started playing BW, my best matchup was TvZ because everyone made Hydras and I just had to A-move. Then when they started Lurker rushing, it became my worst matchup. TvT was my best matchup after that, because I could Tank contain and starve them out early. Then when they started using one fast Wraith or a 4-Goliath drop, it became my worst matchup. Then my best matchup was TvP, because I learned that Vultures were a unit and nobody could micro, or they'd try DT rushing. Then they started going 1-gate robo and it became my worst matchup. Then it went back to TvZ as my best, because I figured out how to micro effectively against Lurkers and put on solid pressure. Then they started going Muta and had good control and it became my worst matchup. Then it went back to TvT as my best because I got good at Dropship micro. Once they started fast expanding and out-macroing me, it became my worst matchup. Then my best matchup was TvP, because I got good at harassment with Tank drops and Vult raids. Once they got good with Zealot bombs and map control through spread-out forces, it became my worst matchup. | ||
