That being said, Battle.net menus are screwed up in anything Windows 8 or above. A workaround is in development for that issue, but for now there's no getting around that while also playing in fullscreen with normal performance. | ||

Right now he's planning on implementing a toggle that switches SC to a borderless 1:1 window in the upper left corner that will display Bnet correctly without overlapping text and black boxes. This way you could run in full screen while playing and just hit the toggle when you need to use the Bnet menus. | ||

Heya, no, I did have a problem playing BW smothly on my new pc: i7, 16gb ram, SLi 1070, win 10. When I posted the bump up that is. But I have figured it out guys! EASIEST WAY: (I say this because I have tried couple of ways, including the DxWnd software. Which i found about here on TL also. So here it is the good and easy solution. Surprised that no one had written about this? anyway.. - Right click on your desctop - If Nvidia Control Panel, click on "Manage 3D settings" under 3D Settings top left. - add program, and navigate to Starcraft.exe in games\starcraft\ folder = once selected, click add and then the final step - turn off everything YOU feel is post 2003. RESULT - BW runs like baby's bottom. Without needing to assign and run as admins etc.. BOOOMMM!!! I feel useful for the first time ! yay =))) | ||
